Takaichi, premi\u00e8re femme \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la fonction de Premier ministre au Japon, met son avenir politique en jeu, alors que sa cote de popularit\u00e9 est au plus haut \u2014 elle se situe entre 57 et 82&#160;% depuis son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir en octobre. Son parti, le Parti lib\u00e9ral-d\u00e9mocrate (PLD), dispose du plus grand nombre de si\u00e8ges au Parlement, sans toutefois d\u00e9tenir la majorit\u00e9 absolue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Premi\u00e8re ministre a affirm\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9missionnerait si la majorit\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas atteinte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/TplW9\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le scrutin a vu \u00e9merger une Alliance centriste pour la r\u00e9forme, issue de la fusion des principaux partis d&rsquo;opposition (dont le Parti d\u00e9mocrate constitutionnel du Japon et l&rsquo;ancien alli\u00e9 Komeito), qui pr\u00e9sente plus de 220 candidats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le PLD reste en t\u00eate des sondages avec environ 35&#160;% des intentions de vote (sur 60 \u00e0 70&#160;% de suffrages exprim\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les questions \u00e9conomiques ont domin\u00e9 le d\u00e9bat \u00e9lectoral, le Japon \u00e9tant confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une inflation persistante et \u00e0 une monnaie faible qui rench\u00e9rit le prix des importations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Takaichi propose, entre autres, de suspendre la taxe sur la consommation des produits alimentaires pendant deux ans, ce qui r\u00e9duirait les recettes fiscales d&rsquo;environ 5 000 milliards de yens par an.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les march\u00e9s obligataires ont r\u00e9agi \u00e0 ces mesures ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;incertitude politique, entra\u00eenant une hausse des rendements des obligations japonaises \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mati\u00e8re de politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re, Takaichi a exprim\u00e9 son soutien \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement ferme, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 une hausse des tensions avec la Chine. Durant la campagne, elle a longuement abord\u00e9 les dangers d&rsquo;une fuite de technologies japonaises vers des pays ennemis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une victoire nette renforcerait en effet la capacit\u00e9 du Japon \u00e0 revendiquer une politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus affirm\u00e9e et un r\u00f4le r\u00e9gional accru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Portugais se rendront \u00e9galement aux urnes aujourd\u2019hui, pour le second tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le candidat socialiste Ant\u00f3nio Jos\u00e9 Seguro affrontera le candidat d\u2019extr\u00eame droite Andr\u00e9 Ventura (Chega).
