Un brise-glace russe transportant du gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL) depuis la plateforme de Yamal a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tenu quelques jours apr\u00e8s avoir viol\u00e9 les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la Route maritime du Nord (RMN) \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019avril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019administration de la Route maritime du Nord (ARMN) avait mis en \u00e9vidence un dysfonctionnement dans le moteur du navire (<strong>2<\/strong>) et d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;une menace pour la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de navigation et pour la protection de l\u2019environnement marin&#160;\u00bb (<strong>1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Boris Vilkitsky<\/em> a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 naviguer de nouveau apr\u00e8s neuf jours de d\u00e9tention par les Garde-C\u00f4tes russes dans le port de Sabetta. Cette autorisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 permise par une autorisation directe du Kremlin (<strong>3<\/strong>), qui a remis en cause l\u2019avis de l\u2019ARMN et avertit ainsi que les obstacles au d\u00e9veloppement du gigantesque projet Yamal (16,5 millions de tonnes de production annuelle de GNL d\u2019ici 2021) ne seraient pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9s (<strong>4<\/strong>).
