{"id":3111,"date":"2018-05-14T07:45:42","date_gmt":"2018-05-14T05:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/?p=3111"},"modified":"2019-05-30T17:58:30","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T15:58:30","slug":"au-dela-du-piree-la-strategie-dexpansion-maritime-de-la-chine-en-italie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2018\/05\/14\/au-dela-du-piree-la-strategie-dexpansion-maritime-de-la-chine-en-italie\/","title":{"rendered":"Au-del\u00e0 du Pir\u00e9e&#160;: la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;expansion maritime de la Chine en Italie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Vado Ligure.<\/em> Si la logistique est le hardware de la mondialisation, la nouvelle Route de la Soie de la Chine pourrait faire de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e la plate-forme principale du commerce maritime international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0, la plupart des marchandises \u00e9chang\u00e9es entre la Chine et l\u2019Europe (64&#160;%) passe par des routes maritimes (<strong>3<\/strong>), et le projet lanc\u00e9 en 2013 par le gouvernement de Xi Jinping &#8211; qui fait partie de l\u2019initiative (<strong>6<\/strong>) &#8211; pr\u00e9voit d\u2019augmenter ce pourcentage en exploitant le doublement du canal de Suez qui, en 2017, a augment\u00e9 le trafic de 10&#160;% (<strong>1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Gr\u00e8ce est le pivot central de cette strat\u00e9gie d\u2019expansion maritime de la Chine&#160;: en 2016, Cosco, g\u00e9ant de la logistique contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par la Chine, a achet\u00e9 le port grec du Pir\u00e9e, portant \u00e0 3,74 millions de TEU le volume de conteneurs transitant par le port (<strong>4<\/strong>). Mais P\u00e9kin se tourne \u00e9galement vers l\u2019Italie, troisi\u00e8me pays europ\u00e9en pour le commerce maritime (<strong>5<\/strong>), en tant que hub pour les marchandises venant du sud. Cosco a achet\u00e9 40&#160;% du nouveau terminal \u00e0 conteneurs \u00e0 Vado Ligure, pr\u00e8s de Savone, au nord-ouest de l\u2019Italie, tandis qu&rsquo;un consortium d&rsquo;entreprises italo-chinoises (qui comprend une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie italienne, les projets 3Ti et eAmbiente ), dirig\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de construction China Communication Construction Company, 4C3, travaille sur la dorsale adriatique pour construire un port offshore au large de Venise (<strong>2<\/strong>) reli\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre terminaux au sol. Le projet de 2,2 milliards d\u2019euros, introduit par la Chine dans la strat\u00e9gie \u00ab&#160;Une ceinture, une route&#160;\u00bb et par l\u2019Europe dans le plan Juncker, devrait d\u00e9placer environ 3 millions de conteneurs par an (pour un total de 6 millions de conteneurs italiens aujourd\u2019hui) offrant un acc\u00e8s plus rapide au march\u00e9 allemand par rapport au Pir\u00e9e et garantissant \u00e0 l&rsquo;Italie une position concurrentielle avec l\u2019axe nord domin\u00e9 par Rotterdam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
