La France et l\u2019Allemagne ont annonc\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper conjointement leur prochain avion de chasse, manifestant ainsi un refus apparent de l\u2019offre de Lockheed pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un programme F-35 allemand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision allemande de remplacer ses avions 4G Tornado la pla\u00e7ait devant deux possibilit\u00e9s. Elle pouvait adopter l\u2019un des avions 5G d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant \u2013 le F35 \u2013 ce qui la rapprocherait des \u00c9tats-Unis mais aussi de beaucoup de ses voisins europ\u00e9ens comme l\u2019Italie ou le Royaume-Uni. L\u2019autre possibilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait de s\u2019associer \u00e0 la France pour d\u00e9velopper un avion 6G \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2040 tout en allongeant l\u2019utilisation de ses Tornados dans l\u2019intervalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est une grande victoire pour la France qui se serait trouv\u00e9e isol\u00e9e, sans F-35 ni partenaire pour partager les co\u00fbts de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement. Le d\u00e9veloppement ind\u00e9pendant d\u2019un nouveau mod\u00e8le serait une avanc\u00e9e cruciale pour que les \u00c9tats europ\u00e9ens assurent leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment des \u00c9tats-Unis, mais le couple franco-allemand devra probablement chercher d\u2019autres partenaires pour financer le projet \u2013 privil\u00e9giant pour commencer l\u2019Espagne et la Su\u00e8de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopper de telles capacit\u00e9s de A \u00e0 Z pourrait prendre du temps comme ce fut le cas pour les F-35 et l\u2019Allemagne pourrait finalement se retrouver forc\u00e9e d\u2019agrandir sa flotte d\u2019Eurofighter 4.5G ou d\u2019acheter des F-35 5G en attendant le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une technologie autonome, si son budget le lui permet (<strong>2<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La d\u00e9cision de collaborer avec la France r\u00e9pond ind\u00e9niablement \u00e0 des inqui\u00e9tudes politiques et industrielles, mais il y a encore quelques points de d\u00e9saccord entre les deux partenaires, comme les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 l\u2019exportation et les \u00e9carts technologiques.
