Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation de la note par les autres principales agences, notamment S&amp;P et Fitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Slovaquie reste ainsi le seul \u00c9tat membre de l&rsquo;Union dont la derni\u00e8re \u00e9valuation a \u00e9t\u00e9 revue \u00e0 la baisse par Moody\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des pays (21 sur 27) ont conserv\u00e9 une note stable, tandis que cinq membres ont vu leur note \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e&#160;: l\u2019Espagne, le Portugal, la Gr\u00e8ce, Chypre et la Croatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son communiqu\u00e9, l&rsquo;agence de notation souligne l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 politique et abaisse toutefois sa perspective, la faisant passer de stable \u00e0 n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cinq \u00c9tats membres ont re\u00e7u une notation AAA lors de leur derni\u00e8re \u00e9valuation par Moody\u2019s&#160;: l\u2019Allemagne, le Luxembourg, les Pays-Bas, la Su\u00e8de et le Danemark.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec une notation Aa3, la France est au m\u00eame niveau que la Belgique, la Tch\u00e9quie et l&rsquo;Irlande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Roumanie, la Gr\u00e8ce et l\u2019Italie sont quant \u00e0 eux les \u00c9tats membres dont la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re est jug\u00e9e la plus mauvaise par Moody\u2019s (Baa3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/NraLV\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avec une dette qui devrait atteindre 115,9&#160;% du PIB cette ann\u00e9e (+2,7 points par rapport \u00e0 2024), <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/10\/15\/finances-publiques-comment-la-france-se-situe-t-elle-dans-lunion\/\">la France est le troisi\u00e8me \u00c9tat membre le plus endett\u00e9 dans l\u2019Union<\/a>, derri\u00e8re la Gr\u00e8ce (152&#160;% au premier semestre) et l\u2019Italie (138&#160;%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle est le cinqui\u00e8me pays dont le ratio de dette a le plus augment\u00e9 (+3,5 points) entre le premier trimestre 2024 et 2025, derri\u00e8re la Pologne (6,1 points), la Finlande (5,1), l\u2019Autriche (4,1) et la Roumanie
