{"id":302017,"date":"2025-10-20T11:22:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T09:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=302017"},"modified":"2025-10-20T11:24:42","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T09:24:42","slug":"election-presidentielle-en-bolivie-rodrigo-paz-remporte-le-scrutin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/10\/20\/election-presidentielle-en-bolivie-rodrigo-paz-remporte-le-scrutin\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle en Bolivie&#160;: Rodrigo Paz remporte le scrutin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Rodrigo Paz Pereira et Edmand Lara Monta\u00f1o avaient r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 finir en t\u00eate du premier tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle bolivienne, qui s\u2019est tenu le 17 ao\u00fbt, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 convaincre les \u00e9lecteurs qui votaient historiquement pour le Mouvement vers le socialisme (MAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est cette m\u00eame capacit\u00e9 qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 leur victoire hier, dimanche 19 octobre, \u00e0 l\u2019issue du second tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La r\u00e9partition des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9lectoraux est similaire \u00e0 celle du scrutin de 2020 et l&rsquo;\u00e9lection de Luis Arce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paz et Arce ont tous deux remport\u00e9 six des neuf d\u00e9partements (La Paz, Cochabamba, Chuquisaca, Oruro, Potos\u00ed et Pando) et en ont perdu trois dans lesquels le MAS n&rsquo;avait pu s&rsquo;imposer qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;apog\u00e9e de son h\u00e9g\u00e9monie, en 2014&#160;: Santa Cruz, Tarija et Beni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent \u00e9galement la persistance du clivage politique entre l&rsquo;est et l&rsquo;ouest du pays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/xYwKS\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019absence d\u2019appel au boycott de la part d\u2019Evo Morales lors du second tour a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif&#160;: elle a permis au vote nul de revenir \u00e0 son niveau habituel (4&#160;%) et a conduit les \u00e9lecteurs qui avaient vot\u00e9 blanc au premier tour \u2014 soit 16&#160;% du total des votes \u2014 \u00e0 se reporter sur les deux candidats encore en lice, notamment sur Rodrigo Paz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie encore d\u2019un soutien \u00e9lectoral significatif, il semble toutefois avoir atteint son plafond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/1vMut\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La campagne pour le second tour a \u00e9t\u00e9 longue et fastidieuse.
