{"id":276309,"date":"2025-05-04T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-04T04:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=276309"},"modified":"2025-05-05T15:09:58","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T13:09:58","slug":"premier-tour-de-lelection-presidentielle-en-roumanie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/05\/04\/premier-tour-de-lelection-presidentielle-en-roumanie\/","title":{"rendered":"Premier tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle en Roumanie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/05\/05\/lextreme-droite-en-tete-au-premier-tour-de-lelections-presidentielles-en-roumanie-le-second-tour-verra-george-simion-sopposer-a-nicusor-dan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>D\u00e9couvrez notre analyse bas\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9finitif du premier tour<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 24 novembre dernier, le premier tour de l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle pla\u00e7ait en t\u00eate C\u0103lin Georgescu, le candidat d&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite peu connu du public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le 6 d\u00e9cembre 2024, la Cour constitutionnelle roumaine d\u00e9cidait, apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/12\/09\/comment-poutine-attaque-la-roumanie-10-points-sur-larsenalisation-avec-tiktok-dune-democratie\/\">la d\u00e9classification des rapports des services de renseignement<\/a>, d&rsquo;annuler l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du processus \u00e9lectoral, y compris les r\u00e9sultats du premier tour.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle s\u2019\u00e9tait appuy\u00e9e sur ses pr\u00e9rogatives constitutionnelles pour garantir l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du scrutin et avait motiv\u00e9 sa d\u00e9cision en arguant qu\u2019elle a constat\u00e9 que l\u2019ensemble du processus \u00e9lectoral avait \u00e9t\u00e9 alt\u00e9r\u00e9 par des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s et des violations des r\u00e8gles \u00e9lectorales, compromettant le caract\u00e8re libre et \u00e9quitable du vote. Selon les juges, la Roumanie avait fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une campagne agressive men\u00e9e en contournant la loi \u00e9lectorale nationale, visant les infrastructures d\u00e9mocratiques et exploitant les algorithmes des r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le 26 f\u00e9vrier, C\u0103lin Georgescu \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/03\/01\/les-hommes-de-georgescu-enquete-sur-le-changement-de-regime-en-roumanie\/\">auquel nous avons consacr\u00e9 une longue enqu\u00eate dans la revue<\/a> \u2014 est arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 Bucarest apr\u00e8s plus de 47 perquisitions pour des motifs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s de \u00ab&#160;troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel, troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une organisation \u00e0 caract\u00e8re fasciste, fausses d\u00e9clarations concernant les sources de financement des campagnes \u00e9lectorales&#160;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sa candidature pour le nouveau scrutin a \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/03\/09\/roumanie-apres-la-suspension-de-la-candidature-de-calin-georgescu-ses-partisans-appellent-a-la-violence\/\">invalid\u00e9e<\/a> par la commission \u00e9lectorale le 9 mars, car elle aurait enfreint \u00ab&#160;les r\u00e8gles d\u00e9mocratiques d\u2019un suffrage honn\u00eate et impartial&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-276309' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/05\/04\/premier-tour-de-lelection-presidentielle-en-roumanie\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-276309' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.digi24.ro\/stiri\/actualitate\/politica\/decizie-finala-a-ccr-calin-georgescu-nu-poate-candida-la-alegerile-prezidentiale-3153401&quot;&gt;Decizie final\u0103 a CCR&amp;#160;: C\u0103lin Georgescu nu poate candida la alegerile preziden\u021biale&lt;\/a&gt;, Digi24, 11 mars 2025.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans Georgescu, le vote d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 l\u2019ombre de l\u2019extr\u00eame droite et des ing\u00e9rences de Moscou et Washington.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon les derniers sondages, le candidat d&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite George Simion serait en t\u00eate avec environ 30&#160;% d\u2019intentions de vote. Il est suivi de pr\u00e8s par deux candidats de centre droit au coude \u00e0 coude&#160;: Crin Antonescu (PNL, PPE soutenu par les 3 partis au gouvernement, PSD-PNL-UDMR) avec 24,3&#160;% et Nicusor Dan (Ind\u00e9pendant, ancien USR) avec 22,4&#160;%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/YPF8F\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elena Lasconi (USR) \u2014 arriv\u00e9e deuxi\u00e8me en novembre \u2014 n&rsquo;obtiendrait quant \u00e0 elle que 6&#160;% des intentions de vote. Son propre parti, fond\u00e9 par Nicu\u0219or Dan, lui a retir\u00e9 son soutien pour se rallier \u00e0 ce dernier \u2014 sans toutefois parvenir \u00e0 la convaincre de se retirer de la course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un nouveau candidat, Victor Ponta, ancien Premier ministre socialiste (PSD, S&amp;D) de 2012 \u00e0 2015 reconverti en candidat anti-syst\u00e8me, se pr\u00e9sente quant \u00e0 lui comme Ind\u00e9pendant et est cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 10&#160;% des intentions de vote.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les sondages se confirment et que George Simion arrive en t\u00eate au premier tour, l\u2019issue du scrutin d\u00e9pendra largement de son adversaire au second tour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon les derni\u00e8res enqu\u00eates d\u2019opinion, Crin Antonescu serait alors <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/05\/03\/presidentielle-en-roumanie-6-points-sur-une-nouvelle-election-sans-georgescu-mais-a-lombre-de-lextreme-droite-et-des-ingerences-de-moscou-et-washington\/\">le mieux plac\u00e9 pour remporter le scrutin<\/a>, avec 10 points de pourcentage de plus par rapport \u00e0 Simion.
