{"id":273916,"date":"2025-04-22T09:31:50","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T07:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=273916"},"modified":"2025-04-22T09:31:52","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T07:31:52","slug":"economie-russe-le-rouble-a-gagne-plus-de-40-par-rapport-au-dollar-depuis-le-debut-de-lannee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/04\/22\/economie-russe-le-rouble-a-gagne-plus-de-40-par-rapport-au-dollar-depuis-le-debut-de-lannee\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9conomie russe&#160;: le rouble a gagn\u00e9 plus de 40&#160;% par rapport au dollar depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La devise russe a atteint hier, lundi 21 avril, le seuil des 81 roubles pour un dollar, soit son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis mai 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le rouble s\u2019est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de 38&#160;% face au dollar, surpassant m\u00eame l\u2019or (+23&#160;%).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/W8mZM\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette hausse refl\u00e8te en partie l\u2019attente des investisseurs quant \u00e0 un possible\u00a0assouplissement des sanctions \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de Moscou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les \u00c9tats-Unis seraient en effet favorables \u00e0 une lev\u00e9e des mesures restrictives en cas de cessez-le-feu durable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depuis l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Donald Trump \u00e0 la Maison-Blanche, les \u00c9tats-Unis s&rsquo;alignent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019une mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique avec la Russie lors des votes <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/04\/17\/a-lonu-les-etats-unis-de-donald-trump-votent-contre-lukraine-avec-la-russie-le-mali-et-la-coree-du-nord\/\">aux Nations unies<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la devise russe se renforce, toutefois, plusieurs fondamentaux \u00e9conomiques s&rsquo;affaiblissent, contribuant \u00e0 l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du pays.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019appr\u00e9ciation du rouble \u2014 bien au-dessus du taux de change pr\u00e9vu dans le budget 2025 (96,5 \u20bd\/$) \u2014 creuse le d\u00e9ficit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la baisse du prix du p\u00e9trole, l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation de la devise r\u00e9duit les recettes d\u2019exportation, ce qui affaiblit la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 financer ses d\u00e9penses militaires et sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le budget russe pr\u00e9voyait un prix du brut Urals de 69,7 dollars le baril. Au d\u00e9but du mois d\u2019avril, celui-ci a atteint ses niveaux les plus faibles depuis 2023, autour de 53 dollars par baril.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au mois de f\u00e9vrier, le minist\u00e8re des Finances indiquait d\u00e9j\u00e0 qu\u2019il revoyait ses pr\u00e9visions \u00e0 la baisse et s\u2019attendait \u00e0 ce que le prix moyen du p\u00e9trole en 2025 soit plus proche de 60 dollars, entra\u00eenant une augmentation du d\u00e9ficit de 1&#160;%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/VBVw6\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon les estimations de la Raiffeisenbank, le budget perdrait ainsi 1,9 milliard de roubles en revenus li\u00e9s aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et, si le prix du Brent chute \u00e0 45 dollars, pr\u00e8s de 3 milliards&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-273916'
