Quelques jours avant la venue du <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/02\/21\/qui-sont-les-negociateurs-de-poutine-et-trump-sur-la-guerre-en-ukraine\/\">n\u00e9gociateur russe Kirill Dmitriev<\/a> \u00e0 Washington&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-270214' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/04\/01\/en-russie-poutine-lance-la-plus-grande-campagne-de-conscription-depuis-plus-dune-decennie\/\">la plus grande campagne de conscription depuis plus d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" l\u2019\u00e9conomie russe vers l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re et la production d\u2019armement, Poutine a <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/01\/14\/economie-russe-pour-gagner-la-guerre-poutine-est-en-train-de-cacher-une-dette-colossale\/\">durablement transform\u00e9 la Russie en \u00c9tat guerrier<\/a> \u2014 \u00e0 tel point que les services europ\u00e9ens craignent que le Kremlin ne profite d\u2019un arr\u00eat des combats en Ukraine pour reconstituer ses forces et les diriger vers un autre de ses voisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En f\u00e9vrier, les services de renseignement militaires danois (<em>Forsvarets Efterretningstjeneste<\/em>) publiaient une mise \u00e0 jour de leur \u00e9valuation annuelle portant sur la menace que fait peser la Russie sur le royaume du Danemark.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le document dressait une temporalit\u00e9 explicite de la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe serait en mesure de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer ses forces pour lancer une nouvelle guerre&#160;: six mois contre un seul pays suivant un arr\u00eat des combats en Ukraine, deux ans pour un ou plusieurs pays membres de l\u2019OTAN (principalement en Baltique), et cinq ans pour une guerre \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle sur le continent europ\u00e9en \u2014 dans le cas o\u00f9 les \u00c9tats-Unis n\u2019apporteraient pas leur soutien&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-270214' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span contre les pays de l&rsquo;OTAN en Europe d&rsquo;ici la fin de la d\u00e9cennie, tant en termes de personnel que de mat\u00e9riel&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2025\/03\/15\/leurope-collective-la-nouvelle-cible-de-la-geopolitique-russe\/\">contre l\u2019Europe<\/a> qui cible principalement les infrastructures critiques et de transport, l\u2019industrie ainsi que les gouvernements des \u00c9tats membres dans un effort destin\u00e9 \u00e0 semer le chaos et \u00e0 tester les d\u00e9fenses des pays de l\u2019OTAN. Selon le CSIS, ces attaques sont principalement concentr\u00e9es dans le nord-est du continent, et visent avant tout les \u00c9tats baltes et nordiques.
