La Chanceli\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9chiquier souhaite aussi tenir son engagement de ne pas s\u2019endetter pour financer les d\u00e9penses courantes de l\u2019\u00c9tat et r\u00e9duire le poids de la dette dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d\u2019ici la fin de la l\u00e9gislature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le gouvernement travailliste pr\u00e9voit notamment d\u2019\u00e9conomiser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 milliards de livres par an en r\u00e9duisant les aides aux personnes en situation de handicap ou atteintes d\u2019une maladie chronique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keir Starmer a aussi annonc\u00e9 une vaste r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, incluant la suppression de NHS England.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reeves a aussi d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dimanche 23 mars vouloir r\u00e9duire d\u2019ici quatre ans de 15&#160;% le co\u00fbt de fonctionnement de la fonction publique, ce qui impliquerait la suppression de 10 000 emplois.
