C\u2019est la compagnie China Ocean Engineering Shanghai (COES) qui a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 son intention d&rsquo;installer son si\u00e8ge britannique sur le front de mer \u00e9cossais lors de la rencontre entre ses dirigeants et la premi\u00e8re ministre \u00e9cossaise Nicola Sturgeon le mois dernier en Chine. COES est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue pour la construction marine et l\u2019industrie offshore mais surtout pour le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de plateformes p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res en mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette incursion dans le nord de l\u2019Europe vise surtout le march\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique du d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement des plateformes britanniques, norv\u00e9giennes et n\u00e9erlandaises qui se trouvent en fin de vie. Selon les estimations des experts, le co\u00fbt du d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement se chiffrera chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 17 milliards de livres au Royaume-Uni jusqu\u2019en 2025 (<strong>1<\/strong>). Un sujet toujours persistant dans le d\u00e9bat politique au Royaume-Uni, o\u00f9 le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement des plateformes p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res co\u00fbte tr\u00e8s cher au contribuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, ce vaste march\u00e9 qui s\u2019est ouvert pour les 30 prochaines ann\u00e9es va contrarier les plans de V\u00e9olia (le leader fran\u00e7ais du secteur) qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans le Nord-Est de l\u2019Ecosse. Le march\u00e9 potentiel dans cette zone maritime du Nord de l\u2019Europe avoisinerait plus 50 milliards d\u2019euros au cours des 15 prochaines ann\u00e9es (<strong>3<\/strong>).
