Les revenus tir\u00e9s de la vente de ces hydrocarbures ont baiss\u00e9 de 18,4&#160;% en f\u00e9vrier 2025 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier (-15,1&#160;% pour le p\u00e9trole et -31,4&#160;% pour le gaz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le mois dernier, le Tr\u00e9sor russe a per\u00e7u 771,3 milliards de roubles (environ 8 milliards d\u2019euros) pour la vente de son gaz et de son p\u00e9trole, contre 945,6 en f\u00e9vrier 2024 et 789,1 en janvier 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette perte de revenus est provoqu\u00e9e en grande partie par les sanctions am\u00e9ricaines impos\u00e9es par l\u2019administration Biden sur les entreprises russes Surgutneftegas et Gazprom Neft, ainsi que sur la \u00ab&#160;flotte fant\u00f4me&#160;\u00bb qui transporte le p\u00e9trole russe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surnomm\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;le paquet d\u2019adieu&#160;\u00bb, cet ensemble de sanctions impos\u00e9 le 10 janvier \u2014 soit 10 jours seulement avant l\u2019investiture de Trump \u2014 a vis\u00e9 160 navires et pourrait provoquer une perte de 10 \u00e0 20&#160;% des recettes tir\u00e9es par la Russie de ses ventes de p\u00e9trole&nbsp;<span russe et am\u00e9ricaine \u00e0 Riyad le 18 f\u00e9vrier, le secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat Marco Rubio a toutefois laiss\u00e9 entendre que la lev\u00e9e de certaines sanctions pourrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour t\u00e9moigner aupr\u00e8s de Moscou de la bonne foi des n\u00e9gociateurs am\u00e9ricains \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la guerre&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span plus d\u2019argent pour l\u2019importation de p\u00e9trole, de gaz et de charbon russe (21,9 milliards d\u2019euros) qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont fourni d\u2019assistance financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine (18,7 milliards).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les importations de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 ont atteint un record l\u2019an dernier, et l\u2019Union n\u2019a toujours pas impos\u00e9
