Alors que toutes les attentions se portent sur le Nord Stream 2, la strat\u00e9gie russe de contournement de l&rsquo;Ukraine (<strong>2<\/strong>) comporte \u00e9galement un versant sud&#160;: le TurkStream. Le projet se compose de deux tron\u00e7ons, chacun d&rsquo;un volume de 15,75 Mmc, reliant la Russie \u00e0 la Turquie via la Mer Noire. Le premier tuyau est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la Turquie tandis que le gaz du second est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la consommation europ\u00e9enne. La pose de la premi\u00e8re des deux conduites s&rsquo;est termin\u00e9e le 29 avril lorsque le navire qui s&rsquo;en charge a atteint la c\u00f4te pr\u00e8s de Kiyik\u00f6y dans le nord-ouest de la Turquie (<strong>3<\/strong>). La construction de l&rsquo;autre bras doit commencer fin 2018 malgr\u00e9 les doutes qui subsistent sur ses d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les march\u00e9s vis\u00e9s sont notamment la Gr\u00e8ce, la Bulgarie, la Serbie et l\u2019Italie mais le trac\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la fronti\u00e8re turque est incertain. On se souvient de l\u2019abandon en d\u00e9cembre 2014 du projet pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent, le South Stream, bloqu\u00e9 en Bulgarie sous la pression de la Commission europ\u00e9enne mettant en avant le Troisi\u00e8me paquet \u00e9nergie. Ce qui est certain, c&rsquo;est qu\u2019avec TurkStream et le projet TANAP, la Turquie s&rsquo;impose comme une plate-forme incontournable pour l&rsquo;approvisionnement gazier de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne (<strong>1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fin 2018&#160;: construction du
