Depuis mars 2022, des amendements port\u00e9s au code p\u00e9nal et au code sur les infractions administratives rendent ill\u00e9gales les \u00ab&#160;actions publiques visant \u00e0 discr\u00e9diter&#160;\u00bb l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe \u2014 ce qui inclut notamment l\u2019appel \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat des combats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Borodine consid\u00e8re que la puissance \u00e9conomique de la \u00ab&#160;marque P\u00e8re No\u00ebl&#160;\u00bb \u2014 qu\u2019il estime \u00e0 1 600 milliards de dollars, soit plus que la valorisation boursi\u00e8re de Meta ou Tesla \u2014 permet \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;de nombreuses entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res de financier l\u2019image du P\u00e8re No\u00ebl en Russie&#160;\u00bb. Il faisait auparavant partie depuis sa r\u00e9habilitation par Staline en 1935 de la propagande communiste visant \u00e0 repousser le capitalisme am\u00e9ricain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La lutte de certains acteurs proches du Kremlin contre le P\u00e8re No\u00ebl s\u2019inscrit dans un effort plus large de \u00ab&#160;protection&#160;\u00bb de la Russie face aux influences ext\u00e9rieures. Celle-ci passe par le ralentissement intentionnel de <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/08\/23\/le-kremlin-essaie-t-il-de-bloquer-lacces-aux-reseaux-sociaux\/\">l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 YouTube<\/a>, l\u2019interdiction de m\u00e9dias occidentaux ou bien la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une alternative russe \u00e0 Wikipedia, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/01\/15\/ruwiki-lalternative-russe-a-wikipedia\/\">Ruwiki<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette lutte d\u00e9passe \u00e9galement les fronti\u00e8res de la Russie.
