Bien qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/11\/24\/aux-sources-du-libertarianisme\/\">il se pr\u00e9sente comme un lib\u00e9ral-libertarien<\/a> anti-\u00c9tat et anti-syst\u00e8me \u2014 connu pour ses <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/09\/18\/javier-milei-en-10-phrases-choc-le-paleolibertaire-qui-veut-prendre-largentine\/\">phrases choc<\/a>, il avait notamment dit&#160;: \u00ab&#160;Je suis la taupe qui d\u00e9truit l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur&#160;\u00bb \u2014, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est plus complexe. Apr\u00e8s un an de mandat, Milei parvient \u00e0 maintenir ce discours tout en jouant avec les rouages de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour mener \u00e0 bien ses politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/OCClI\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est notamment cette dialectique qui lui permet de jouir d\u2019une image globalement positive au sein de la population argentine (similaire \u00e0 celle de Macri et Fern\u00e1ndez \u00e0 la fin de leur premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de mandat) et d\u2019une certaine stabilit\u00e9 politique qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9e d\u2019avance \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne dispose pas de majorit\u00e9 au Congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si ses discours sont toujours tr\u00e8s virulents contre l\u2019opposition, ses \u00e9quipes parviennent \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier dans les coulisses afin de faire voter des lois. Milei avait notamment r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire passer <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/01\/10\/que-contient-le-mega-projet-de-loi-du-gouvernement-milei\/\">une l\u00e9gislation fondamentale pour son mandat<\/a> \u2014 la \u00ab&#160;Loi sur les bases&#160;\u00bb \u2014 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coalition de circonstances avec des d\u00e9put\u00e9s macristes, p\u00e9ronistes dissidents et radicaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sa popularit\u00e9 s\u2019explique aussi par la baisse de l\u2019inflation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son \u00ab&#160;programme de choc le plus radical de l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9&#160;\u00bb, en \u00e9vitant pour le moment des mouvements sociaux d\u2019ampleur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019opposition ne parvient pas encore \u00e0 se reconstruire et proposer une union pour faire face. La droite traditionnelle de Macri semble pour le moment domin\u00e9e par le mouvement au pouvoir \u2014 la voie est ainsi libre pour que Milei continue d\u2019avancer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/pCsPA\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mesures sont-elles tenables sur le long terme&#160;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir, Milei a r\u00e9duit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 74&#160;% des fonds destin\u00e9s aux retraites, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la sant\u00e9, les sciences, la culture et le d\u00e9veloppement social. Il a ferm\u00e9 13 minist\u00e8res et licenci\u00e9 environ 30 000 fonctionnaires. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le pays compte 5 millions de pauvres en plus et fait face \u00e0 une r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019image de stabilit\u00e9 est notamment permise par l&rsquo;\u00e9cart limit\u00e9 et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 entre le dollar officiel et le dollar bleu (ou parall\u00e8le), dans un pays dont l\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u00e9pend de la valeur de la monnaie am\u00e9ricaine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mesures port\u00e9es par le gouvernement Milei peuvent rappeler certains \u00e9pisodes de l\u2019histoire argentine, comme le ministre Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Mart\u00ednez de Hoz sous la dictature militaire. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, l\u2019\u00e9claircie \u00e9conomique n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 que passag\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Difficile de savoir \u00e0 ce stade, apr\u00e8s seulement un an de mandat, si le programme de Milei et ses coupes massives se r\u00e9v\u00e9leront \u00eatre plus efficaces.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives clefs pour que Milei tente d\u2019obtenir une majorit\u00e9 au Congr\u00e8s auront lieu en octobre 2025.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retour de Trump \u00e0 la Maison-Blanche conf\u00e9rera quant \u00e0 lui d\u2019autant plus de poids \u00e0 Milei \u00e0 l\u2019international&#160;: le pr\u00e9sident argentin s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre parmi les dirigeants \u00e9trangers les plus proches du pr\u00e9sident-\u00e9lu, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Viktor Orban notamment, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier \u00e0 venir le f\u00e9liciter \u00e0 Mar-a-Lago apr\u00e8s sa victoire.
