Presque trois ans plus tard, la ligne de front se trouve \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de kilom\u00e8tres de Kiev, tandis que la fronti\u00e8re avec le Belarus ne pr\u00e9sente plus une r\u00e9elle menace d\u2019attaques venant du nord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les forces ukrainiennes r\u00e9sistent toujours dans l\u2019est et le sud du pays, bien qu\u2019elles soient de moins en moins en mesure de freiner le rythme de la progression russe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette derni\u00e8re se fait cependant \u00e0 un co\u00fbt tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9&#160;: Moscou a perdu autant de troupes (morts et bless\u00e9s) depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/11\/16\/la-russie-a-subi-plus-de-pertes-depuis-le-debut-de-lannee-quen-2022-et-2023-cumules\/\">qu\u2019en 2022 et 2023 cumul\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/x249d\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que les \u00c9tats-Unis ont formellement autoris\u00e9 dimanche l\u2019arm\u00e9e ukrainienne <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/11\/18\/washington-a-autorise-lukraine-a-frapper-en-profondeur-le-territoire-russe-avec-ses-missiles-quest-ce-que-cela-change\/\">\u00e0 se servir de ses missiles ATACMS pour frapper des cibles situ\u00e9es sur le territoire russe<\/a>, l\u2019\u00e9lection de Trump et l\u2019apparente lassitude de la population ukrainienne \u2014 qui semble \u00eatre survenue plus t\u00f4t que dans les pays occidentaux \u2014 pourraient cr\u00e9er les conditions \u00e0 un accord de cessez-le-feu en 2025.
