Le Parti populaire autrichien (\u00d6VP, PPE) y a remport\u00e9 toutes les \u00e9lections r\u00e9gionales depuis 1945, ne perdant pour la premi\u00e8re fois sa majorit\u00e9 absolue au parlement qu\u2019en 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Au lendemain matin du vote, les r\u00e9sultats provisoires donnent l\u2019\u00d6VP en t\u00eate avec 38,4&#160;% des voix (-5,2 points) suivi du Parti de la Libert\u00e9 d\u2019Autriche (FP\u00d6, PfE) avec 28,2&#160;% (+14,3 pp).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si l\u2019\u00d6VP conserve sa premi\u00e8re place et l\u2019emporte dans presque toutes les communes, il obtient dans le m\u00eame temps un score historiquement faible, tandis que l\u2019extr\u00eame droite s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 son niveau les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Yy1O7\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avec 12,3&#160;% (-6,6 pp), les Verts accusent une nette baisse. En coalition avec l\u2019\u00d6VP tant au f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qu\u2019au r\u00e9gional, le parti \u00e9cologiste a souffert dans les urnes de son r\u00f4le de plus petit partenaire de l\u2019alliance gouvernementale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les scores du Parti social-d\u00e9mocrate d\u2019Autriche (SP\u00d6, S&amp;D) et ceux du parti lib\u00e9ral NEOS (RE) sont quant \u00e0 eux stables, \u00e0 9,1&#160;% et 8,8&#160;% respectivement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une chute en 2019, la participation rebondit \u00e0 65,7&#160;% (+4,3 pp), s\u2019\u00e9tablissant un peu au-del\u00e0 du niveau de 2014 (64,3&#160;%). L\u2019\u00e9lection est pourtant la troisi\u00e8me de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pour les Vorarlbergeois, qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9s aux urnes pour des \u00e9lections europ\u00e9ennes (juin) et <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/09\/29\/en-autriche-lextreme-droite-arrive-en-tete-pour-la-premiere-fois-depuis-lapres-guerre\/\">f\u00e9d\u00e9rales<\/a> (septembre). Les trois scrutins ont vu des <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/10\/01\/comment-expliquer-le-succes-du-fpo-autopsie-de-la-recomposition-politique-par-lextreme-droite-en-autriche\/\">dynamiques identiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium \">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/flo.uri.sh\/visualisation\/19794242\/embed\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats donneraient 15 si\u00e8ges \u00e0 l\u2019\u00d6VP (-2) et 11 si\u00e8ges au FP\u00d6 (+6), contre 4 aux Verts (-3) et 3 au SP\u00d6 et aux NEOS. La coalition \u00d6VP-Verts sortante, qui gouverne depuis 2014, disposerait toujours d\u2019une fragile majorit\u00e9 d\u2019un si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019autre possibilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00d6VP consiste \u00e0 s\u2019allier avec le FP\u00d6, avec lequel il pourrait disposer d\u2019une majorit\u00e9 confortable (26 si\u00e8ges sur 36). Cette deuxi\u00e8me hypoth\u00e8se semble \u00e0 ce stade la plus probable au vu de l\u2019affaiblissement \u00e9lectoral des Verts et des dynamiques d\u2019opinion favorables au FP\u00d6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, les positions pro-russes du <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/09\/30\/autriche-quest-ce-que-le-fpo-histoire-et-perspectives-du-parti-dextreme-droite-qui-vient-de-remporter-les-legislatives\/\">chef du parti Herbert Kickl<\/a> rendent tr\u00e8s difficile une coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019\u00d6VP, un tel probl\u00e8me ne se pose pas au niveau r\u00e9gional \u2014 le Land de Salzbourg est gouvern\u00e9 par une telle coalition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les 270 000 \u00e9lecteurs du Vorarlberg, Land le moins peupl\u00e9 d\u2019Autriche, \u00e9taient appel\u00e9s aux urnes ce dimanche 13 octobre pour renouveler leur parlement r\u00e9gional.
