L\u2019\u00e9lection avait \u00e9t\u00e9 largement boycott\u00e9e, avec une participation de seulement 39,9&#160;%. Les manifestants voyaient dans la figure de Tebboune, \u00e9lu d\u00e8s le 1er tour, la volont\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server l\u2019establishment et de n\u2019engager que de rares r\u00e9formes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/jUxLt\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les manifestations ne se sont pas arr\u00eat\u00e9es sous le mandat d\u2019Abdelmadjid Tebboune.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au cours de cette campagne, le pr\u00e9sident a promis de nombreuses mesures sociales, notamment la construction de 2 millions de logements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 lui, le socialiste Youcef Aouchiche fait essentiellement campagne sur l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit, la r\u00e9forme des institutions et l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de la justice. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019islamiste Abdellah Hassan Cherif propose des r\u00e9formes sociales, essentiellement dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de la jeunesse. Il n\u2019y a aucun sondage r\u00e9cent permettant de les d\u00e9partager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La lutte contre la corruption, la garantie des libert\u00e9s individuelles et la diversification \u00e9conomique font donc partie des grands sujets de d\u00e9bat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mati\u00e8re g\u00e9opolitique, un consensus existe sur le soutien \u00e0 la Palestine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En octobre 2023, apr\u00e8s l\u2019Iran, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/10\/07\/apres-liran-lalgerie-est-le-premier-pays-a-soutenir-le-hamas\/\">l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie \u00e9tait parmi les premiers pays \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019attaque du Hamas<\/a> en Isra\u00ebl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le scrutin devrait sans surprise reconduire Tebboune pour un nouveau mandat. En mars, le pr\u00e9sident a annonc\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9lection se tiendrait d\u00e9but septembre plut\u00f4t qu\u2019au cours du mois de d\u00e9cembre, verrouillant <em>de facto <\/em>la course.
