{"id":240518,"date":"2024-07-30T18:06:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T16:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=240518"},"modified":"2024-07-30T18:06:30","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T16:06:30","slug":"la-chine-va-t-elle-connaitre-son-moment-metoo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/07\/30\/la-chine-va-t-elle-connaitre-son-moment-metoo\/","title":{"rendered":"La Chine va-t-elle conna\u00eetre son moment #MeToo&#160;?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Wang Di, doctorante \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Renmin \u00e0 P\u00e9kin, a publiquement accus\u00e9 le 21 juillet dernier son directeur de th\u00e8se, Wang Guiyuan, de harc\u00e8lement et d\u2019agression sexuelle dans une vid\u00e9o d\u2019une heure devenue virale sur le r\u00e9seau social chinois Weibo&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-240518' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/07\/30\/la-chine-va-t-elle-connaitre-son-moment-metoo\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-240518' title='Arthur Kaufman, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/chinadigitaltimes.net\/2024\/07\/renmin-university-professor-fired-expelled-from-party-after-sexual-harassment-accusation\/&quot;&gt;Renmin University Professor Fired, Expelled from Party After Sexual Harassment Accusation&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb,&lt;em&gt; China Digital Times&lt;\/em&gt;, 23 juillet 2024.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wang Guiyuan est un ancien repr\u00e9sentant du Parti communiste chinois et vice-doyen de l\u2019\u00e9cole des arts lib\u00e9raux de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Renmin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wang Di a fourni de nombreuses preuves accablantes, notamment des enregistrements audio et des captures d&rsquo;\u00e9cran de messages pour d\u00e9noncer le harc\u00e8lement physique et moral qu\u2019elle a subi.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le lendemain, la publication de Wang Di avait recueilli plus de 2 millions de \u00ab&#160;j\u2019aime&#160;\u00bb et des dizaines de milliers de commentaires. Un hashtag en son soutien a rapidement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la barre des 110 millions de vues&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-240518' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/07\/30\/la-chine-va-t-elle-connaitre-son-moment-metoo\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-240518' title='Amy Hawkins, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/article\/2024\/jul\/28\/professor-sacked-over-abuse-claims-in-rare-win-for-chinas-metoo-movement&quot;&gt;Professor sacked over abuse claims in rare win for China\u2019s #MeToo movement&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;The Guardian&lt;\/em&gt;, 28 juillet 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des jours suivants, l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Renmin a annonc\u00e9 ouvrir une enqu\u00eate avant de conclure que les accusations de l\u2019\u00e9tudiante \u00e9taient fond\u00e9es. La vitesse \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019universit\u00e9 a r\u00e9agi est un fait particuli\u00e8rement rare alors que le Parti avait largement censur\u00e9 le hashtag ainsi que tout signe se rapportant au mouvement #MeToo en 2018, notamment suite \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/05\/5-ans-apres-metoo\/\">l\u2019affaire Liu Jingyao<\/a>, une jeune femme viol\u00e9e par le milliardaire chinois et fondateur du site de e-commerce JD.com Richard Liu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/4GSh4\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;universit\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Wang Guiyuan avait \u00e9t\u00e9 exclu du Parti, qu\u2019elle avait r\u00e9voqu\u00e9 son poste de professeur, annul\u00e9 sa qualification en tant que directeur de th\u00e8se et l&rsquo;avait renvoy\u00e9 \u2014 en retenant cependant l\u2019accusation de \u00ab&#160;faute morale&#160;\u00bb, et non de harc\u00e8lement sexuel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce cas t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019inexistance de proc\u00e9dures permettant aux victimes de porter plainte. \u00ab&#160;Wang Di&#160;\u00bb est par ailleurs un pseudonyme, et non le vrai nom de la femme agress\u00e9e par Wang Guiyuan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La reconnaissance des actes subis par Wang Di semble \u00eatre une rare victoire pour le mouvement #MeToo en Chine. Pour rappel, la joueuse de tennis Peng Shuai avait disparu apr\u00e8s avoir accus\u00e9 l\u2019ancien membre <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/25\/qui-sont-les-membres-du-nouveau-politburo\/\">du comit\u00e9 permanent du Politburo<\/a> Zhang Gaoli d\u2019agression sexuelle en 2021.
