Si ce climat favorise la culture des olives, son d\u00e9r\u00e8glement peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9sastreuses sur sa production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du forum mondial de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive qui s\u2019ouvre aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Madrid, le panel inaugural portera sur \u00ab&#160;L&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive face au changement climatique&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-235106' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/06\/26\/pourra-t-on-continuer-a-consommer-de-lhuile-dolive-malgre-le-changement-climatique\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-235106' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.oliveoilworldcongress.com\/ponentes&quot;&gt;Programme du Forum mondial de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive&lt;\/a&gt;, 26-28 juin.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon les donn\u00e9es du Conseil ol\u00e9icole international, l\u2019indice de l\u2019huile extra vierge produite \u00e0 Ja\u00e9n, en Espagne, a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois les 900 \u20ac pour 100 kg en janvier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019institution anticipe une baisse mondiale de la production de 6&#160;%, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e noire en 2022\/2023 avec un recul de 25&#160;%.
