{"id":234386,"date":"2024-06-20T17:34:38","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T15:34:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=234386"},"modified":"2024-06-20T17:34:39","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T15:34:39","slug":"lunion-europeenne-sapprete-a-sanctionner-pour-la-premiere-fois-le-gaz-russe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/06\/20\/lunion-europeenne-sapprete-a-sanctionner-pour-la-premiere-fois-le-gaz-russe\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 sanctionner pour la premi\u00e8re fois le gaz russe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le tabou des \u00c9tats-membres consistant \u00e0 \u00e9pargner le secteur gazier russe des sanctions \u2014 de crainte que celles-ci ne nuisent \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du continent \u2014 a \u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement bris\u00e9 ce jeudi 20 juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les 27 se sont mis d\u2019accord sur plusieurs mesures, dont l\u2019interdiction du transbordement de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL) en provenance de Russie au sein de l\u2019Union ainsi que de la revente de GNL russe par les ports europ\u00e9ens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le transbordement consiste \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer du GNL d\u2019un m\u00e9thanier vers un autre m\u00e9thanier ou bien un terminal de stockage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les navires brise-glace transportant du GNL russe \u2014 notamment vers l\u2019Asie \u2014 \u00e0 travers des eaux partiellement gel\u00e9es s\u2019arr\u00eatent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans des ports europ\u00e9ens afin de transf\u00e9rer le GNL dans un m\u00e9thanier classique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ygXlc\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, cette d\u00e9cision ne conduira pas directement \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du volume de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 europ\u00e9en import\u00e9 par les pays europ\u00e9ens. Il entravera n\u00e9anmoins les capacit\u00e9s de la Russie \u00e0 livrer son GNL, et devrait affecter ses profits d\u2019environ 28&#160;% selon des premi\u00e8res estimations&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-234386' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/06\/20\/lunion-europeenne-sapprete-a-sanctionner-pour-la-premiere-fois-le-gaz-russe\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-234386' title='Antonia Zimmermann, Camille Gijs, Victor Jack et Koen Verhelst, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/eu-approves-first-ever-sanctions-russian-gas-lng-vladimir-putin-ukraine-invasion\/&quot;&gt;EU approves first-ever sanctions on Russian gas&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Politico&lt;\/em&gt;, 20 juin 2024.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.
