L\u2019an dernier, P\u00e9kin a achet\u00e9 300 000 tonnes de caf\u00e9, d\u00e9passant le Royaume-Uni, la Russie et l\u2019Indon\u00e9sie, d\u2019importants consommateurs historiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/1TwFQ\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut voir deux principales raisons expliquant pourquoi la consommation augmente autant en Chine par rapport aux autres pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La premi\u00e8re est propre au march\u00e9. Starbucks a ouvert sa premi\u00e8re enseigne en Chine en 1999. Cependant, c\u2019est avec l\u2019ouverture de la premi\u00e8re boutique de la cha\u00eene chinoise Luckin Coffee que la culture du caf\u00e9 \u00e0 emporter a v\u00e9ritablement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deuxi\u00e8me est d\u2019ordre g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle. Plusieurs sondages indiquent que ce sont principalement les moins de 30 ans qui tirent la consommation vers le haut.
