Il est entr\u00e9 en service dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e iranienne en 1994.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce n\u2019est pas tant l\u2019\u00e2ge de l\u2019appareil que la difficult\u00e9 de trouver des pi\u00e8ces pour son entretien qui a potentiellement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le dans la d\u00e9faillance technique qui a conduit au crash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la flotte iranienne d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res a en moyenne plus de 40 ans, son \u00e2ge est comparable \u00e0 celui d\u2019autres pays&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-229966' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/05\/22\/les-sanctions-ont-elles-tue-le-president-iranien\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-229966' title='John Paul Rathbone, Sylvia Pfeifer et Philip Georgiadis, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/f5a9be7a-b446-426f-8b04-ee6a340bb781&quot;&gt;How sanctions played havoc with Iran\u2019s ageing helicopters&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Financial Times&lt;\/em&gt;, 21 mai 2024.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. \u00c0 ce jour, l\u2019appareil le plus r\u00e9pandu au sein de l&rsquo;aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e de terre fran\u00e7aise est la Gazelle, un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1960.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien ne permet \u00e0 cette heure de prouver que <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/03\/01\/economie-iranienne-10-points-sur-un-etat-ne-sous-sanctions\/\">les sanctions<\/a> sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019un probl\u00e8me technique provoqu\u00e9 par la difficult\u00e9 de l\u2019arm\u00e9e iranienne \u00e0 se procurer des pi\u00e8ces pour ce mod\u00e8le d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re. Les donn\u00e9es indiquent n\u00e9anmoins que le nombre d\u2019accidents d\u2019avions et d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res a significativement augment\u00e9 dans les pays vis\u00e9s par des sanctions internationales par rapport au reste du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/xj2px\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sanctions am\u00e9ricaines supervis\u00e9es par l\u2019Office of Foreign Assets Control interdisent \u00e0 toute personne ou entit\u00e9 du secteur de l\u2019aviation sous juridiction am\u00e9ricaine ou non de \u00ab&#160;s\u2019engager dans des transferts non autoris\u00e9s d&rsquo;a\u00e9ronefs d&rsquo;origine am\u00e9ricaine ou de biens, de technologies ou de services connexes \u00e0 destination de l&rsquo;Iran&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-229966' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/05\/22\/les-sanctions-ont-elles-tue-le-president-iranien\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-229966' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/ofac.treasury.gov\/media\/16611\/download?inline&quot;&gt;Deceptive Practices by Iran with respect to the Civil Aviation Industry&lt;\/a&gt;, D\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor am\u00e9ricain, 23 juillet 2019.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Celles-ci rendent ainsi impossible le transfert de pi\u00e8ces pour r\u00e9parer des appareils construits par des industriels am\u00e9ricains, dont le Bell 212 qui transportait Ebrahim Ra\u00efssi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le graphique ci-dessous, qui repose sur les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019Aviation Safety Network, indique le nombre annuel d\u2019accidents d\u2019avions, d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res et d\u2019autres a\u00e9ronefs signal\u00e9 par an dans chaque pays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans les quatre pays s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s ici, on constate une augmentation consid\u00e9rable du nombre d&rsquo;accidents \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1990-2000. Celle-ci est notamment due au d\u00e9veloppement du secteur de l\u2019aviation et \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du nombre de vols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Allemagne et en France, le volume d\u2019accidents est plus important en raison du plus grand nombre de vols quotidiens et d\u2019appareils en circulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/NHmrg\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre la d\u00e9cennie 1950 et 2010, le nombre d\u2019accidents signal\u00e9s en Iran a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 7,38 et 5,25 en Russie. En Allemagne et en France, le nombre a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 respectivement par 2,09 et 1,84, soit en moyenne trois fois moins.
