{"id":229697,"date":"2024-05-18T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-18T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=229697"},"modified":"2024-05-18T10:21:54","modified_gmt":"2024-05-18T08:21:54","slug":"la-mobilisation-ukrainienne-entre-dans-une-nouvelle-phase","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/05\/18\/la-mobilisation-ukrainienne-entre-dans-une-nouvelle-phase\/","title":{"rendered":"La mobilisation ukrainienne entre dans une nouvelle phase"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2022, lors du lancement de l\u2019invasion russe \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, les effectifs de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e ukrainienne avaient atteint jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 700 000 hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depuis, \u00e0 mesure que le nombre de morts et de bless\u00e9s augmente, les effectifs se sont r\u00e9duits, poussant l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e \u00e0 recruter des soldats de plus en plus \u00e2g\u00e9s \u2014 l\u2019\u00e2ge moyen est aujourd\u2019hui de 43 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les amendements \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation qui entrent en vigueur aujourd&rsquo;hui actent l&rsquo;abaissement de l\u2019\u00e2ge de la mobilisation de 27 \u00e0 25 ans. Des personnalit\u00e9s ukrainiennes <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/04\/18\/en-ukraine-la-mobilisation-devrait-commencer-des-lage-de-20-ans-nous-avons-perdu-trop-de-temps\/\">estiment<\/a> toutefois que celle-ci devrait commencer bien plus t\u00f4t, d\u00e8s 20 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kiev met \u00e9galement fin au renouvellement par les consulats des passeports des hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 60 ans r\u00e9sidant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Ces derniers doivent d\u00e9sormais retourner en Ukraine pour le faire, les rendant <em>de facto<\/em> mobilisables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 partir du samedi 18 mai, les hommes ukrainiens \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger ont de nouveau acc\u00e8s aux services consulaires. Selon la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation, en addition des documents requis pour y avoir acc\u00e8s, les demandeurs doivent \u00e9galement soumettre leur document d&rsquo;enregistrement militaire&nbsp;<span l\u00e9gaux n\u2019aient cependant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9s.
