De pr\u00e8s de 4 000 kilom\u00e8tres de long, celui-ci relie le gisement gazier russe de Tcha\u00efandina, en Iakoutie, \u00e0 la ville frontali\u00e8re chinoise de Heihe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ce gazoduc marquait alors l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un contrat sign\u00e9 entre Gazprom et la China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) visant \u00e0 livrer \u00e0 la Chine 38 milliards de m\u00e8tres cubes de gaz naturel par an pour une dur\u00e9e de 30 ans \u2014 soit le contrat le plus important de l\u2019histoire du g\u00e9ant \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique russe&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-229430' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/05\/16\/a-lheure-de-la-visite-de-poutine-en-chine-ou-en-est-le-projet-de-gazoduc-power-of-siberia-2\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-229430' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/crsreports.congress.gov\/product\/pdf\/IF\/IF11514&quot;&gt;Power of Siberia&amp;#160;: A Natural Gas Pipeline Brings Russia and China Closer&lt;\/a&gt;, Congressional Research Service, 21 avril 2020.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au-del\u00e0 des volumes, la construction de Force de Sib\u00e9rie relevait d\u2019un basculement vers l\u2019Orient de l\u2019infrastructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique russe construite au cours du XXe si\u00e8cle \u00e0 destination du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le montre la carte ci-dessous, le gisement de gaz exploit\u00e9 pour Force de Sib\u00e9rie, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs milliers de kilom\u00e8tres de l\u2019Europe, aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus difficile \u00e0 connecter \u00e0 au march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en qu\u2019\u00e0 la Chine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avec le nouveau projet de gazoduc \u00ab&#160;Force de Sib\u00e9rie 2&#160;\u00bb, Moscou souhaite relier les gisements autrefois massivement exploit\u00e9s pour le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en afin de les rediriger vers l\u2019Est.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/mHsHI\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la signature d\u2019un m\u00e9morandum d&rsquo;entente entre la Russie et la Mongolie \u2014 dont le territoire sera partiellement travers\u00e9 par le gazoduc \u2014 en 2019, les travaux, dont la construction aurait d\u00fb d\u00e9buter en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, n\u2019ont toujours pas commenc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour cause, si Moscou est impatient de pouvoir livrer \u00e0 la Chine le gaz autrefois destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Europe, P\u00e9kin ne semble pas press\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 russe, et n\u2019aurait pas non plus pour le moment besoin d\u2019importations suppl\u00e9mentaires de gaz russe.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En d\u00e9cembre, les Premiers ministres chinois Li Qiang et russe Mikha\u00efl Michoustine avaient conjointement \u00ab&#160;appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la conclusion d&rsquo;accords sur la construction du gazoduc Power of Siberia 2 le plus rapidement possible&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-229430' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/05\/16\/a-lheure-de-la-visite-de-poutine-en-chine-ou-en-est-le-projet-de-gazoduc-power-of-siberia-2\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-229430' title='\u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/interfax.com\/newsroom\/top-stories\/97774\/&quot;&gt;Russian, Chinese premiers call for agreements on Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline to be reached as quickly as possible &amp;#8211;
