Plus de 100 gouvernements avaient n\u00e9anmoins accept\u00e9 l\u2019invitation de l\u2019administration d\u00e9mocrate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le deuxi\u00e8me sommet, organis\u00e9 en mars 2023, avait quant \u00e0 lui adopt\u00e9 un format hybride pour lequel certains dirigeants avaient \u00e9galement d\u00e9livr\u00e9 un message vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9-enregistr\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Sommet est ainsi organis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en physique cette ann\u00e9e (la session pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de mercredi sera n\u00e9anmoins organis\u00e9e \u00e0 distance).
