Environ 70&#160;% des 4,3 millions d&rsquo;\u00e9lecteurs se sont rendus aux urnes pour ce second tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexander Stubb avait obtenu 27,2&#160;% des voix au premier tour du 28 janvier. Si Pekka Haavisto, membre de la Ligue verte (Verts\/ALE), est arriv\u00e9 en deuxi\u00e8me position avec 25,8&#160;% des voix, l\u2019extr\u00eame-droite du Parti des Finlandais (CRE) avait remport\u00e9 19,0&#160;% des suffrages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bien que troisi\u00e8me au niveau national, le parti d&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite participe au gouvernement de l\u2019actuel Premier ministre Petteri Orpo (Parti de la coalition nationale).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/C7rQq\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors qu\u2019une large victoire de Stubb \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme presque assur\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9cart avec Haavisto s\u2019\u00e9tait resserr\u00e9 au cours de la campagne d\u2019entre-deux tours.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Yuer7\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La victoire de Stubb confirme le leadership de la droite en Finlande, \u00e0 la suite des <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/04\/03\/le-gouvernement-de-sanna-marin-mis-en-minorite-en-finlande\/\">\u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives d\u2019avril 2023<\/a> qui ont vu \u00e9merger la coalition domin\u00e9e par le Parti de la coalition nationale, alli\u00e9 du n\u00e9o-nationaliste Parti des Finlandais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui est-il&#160;? Alexander Stubb avait \u00e9t\u00e9 ministre des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et Premier ministre de la Finlande, en quittant en 2017, la sc\u00e8ne politique pour devenir vice-pr\u00e9sident de la Banque europ\u00e9enne d&rsquo;investissement. Depuis 2020, il dirige l&rsquo;\u00c9cole de gouvernance transnationale de Florence, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/summit\/fr\/partners\/\">l&rsquo;un des partenaires du Sommet Grand Continent<\/a>. Opposant de Viktor Orban, il avait milit\u00e9 pour qu&rsquo;il soit exclu du Parti populaire europ\u00e9en. Sur une ligne pro-europ\u00e9enne et lib\u00e9rale, Stubb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de sa campagne \u00e9lectorale que c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;invasion de l&rsquo;Ukraine par la Russie qui l&rsquo;a convaincu \u00e0 revenir en politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles sont ses pr\u00e9rogatives&#160;? Le pr\u00e9sident finlandais est notamment charg\u00e9 de la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re et militaire, conf\u00e9rant une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection, dans le contexte de la guerre en Ukraine et de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de la Finlande \u00e0 l\u2019OTAN \u2014 act\u00e9e en avril 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les deux candidats \u2014 tout comme leurs concurrents du premier tour \u2014 avaient adopt\u00e9 un discours ferme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la Russie.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelques nuances se sont dessin\u00e9es au cours de la campagne du second tour. Stubb s\u2019est prononc\u00e9 en faveur de la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019armes nucl\u00e9aires de l\u2019OTAN sur le sol finlandais, tandis qu\u2019Haavisto y \u00e9tait oppos\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des postes-fronti\u00e8res restent ferm\u00e9s depuis le 30 novembre.
