{"id":215463,"date":"2024-01-16T17:59:24","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T16:59:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=215463"},"modified":"2024-01-16T17:59:26","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T16:59:26","slug":"leconomie-allemande-sest-contractee-de-03-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2024\/01\/16\/leconomie-allemande-sest-contractee-de-03-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019\u00e9conomie allemande s\u2019est contract\u00e9e de 0,3&#160;% en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie allemande s\u2019est contract\u00e9e de 0,3&#160;% en 2023, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les derniers chiffres de l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des statistiques allemand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ws0RB\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ont continu\u00e9 d&rsquo;impacter n\u00e9gativement l\u2019\u00e9conomie allemande en 2023 et les secteurs industriels \u00e0 haute consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, qui ont de nouveau connu une baisse de leur production et de leur valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La consommation des m\u00e9nages a diminu\u00e9 de 0,8&#160;% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019institut estime qu\u2019il est \u00ab&#160;probable&#160;\u00bb que cette baisse ait \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement caus\u00e9e par l\u2019inflation, dont la moyenne annuelle en 2023 est de 5,9&#160;%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019investissement (mesur\u00e9 par la formation brute de capital fixe) s\u2019est \u00e9galement contract\u00e9 de 0,3&#160;%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/mysR7\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans le m\u00eame temps, l&rsquo;Allemagne a op\u00e9r\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/11\/21\/le-budget-allemand-en-difficulte-en-amont-dun-debat-sous-tension-sur-les-regles-budgetaires-europeennes\/\">r\u00e9duction significative de son d\u00e9ficit public<\/a>, qui est pass\u00e9 de 147,7 milliards d\u2019euros en 2020 (4,3&#160;% du PIB) \u00e0 82,7 milliards en 2023 (2&#160;%) \u2014 en-dessous de la valeur de 3&#160;% inscrite dans les r\u00e8gles budg\u00e9taires europ\u00e9ennes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la hausse conjoncturelle des prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9conomie europ\u00e9enne fait face \u00e0 plusieurs d\u00e9fis structurels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019Allemagne conna\u00eet une concurrence accrue notamment des entreprises chinoises dans le secteur-clef de l\u2019automobile, y compris \u00e0 l\u2019exportation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au premier semestre 2023, les ventes sur le march\u00e9 chinois du constructeur de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques BYD ont pour la premi\u00e8re fois d\u00e9pass\u00e9 celles de Volkswagen, marque la plus vendues en Chine depuis au moins 15 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bien qu\u2019un tournant avant tout symbolique, c\u2019est \u00e9galement BYD qui remplacera Volkswagen comme \u00ab&#160;sponsor mobilit\u00e9&#160;\u00bb de l\u2019Euro 2024, organis\u00e9 en Allemagne de juin \u00e0 juillet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/jkLSP\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le ralentissement d\u00e9mographique et le vieillissement de la population posent un autre d\u00e9fi structurel pesant sur les capacit\u00e9s productives futures. Le nombre de personnes en emploi a cr\u00fb de 0,7&#160;% en 2023 (330 000 personnes), une hausse que le service statistique allemand attribue \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de travailleurs \u00e9trangers et \u00e0 une augmentation de la participation de la population domestique au march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 8 janvier, le gouvernement Scholz continue de faire face au mouvement social lanc\u00e9 par les agriculteurs qui s\u2019opposent \u00e0 la fin des exemptions fiscales sur le diesel.
