\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ukrainiennes avait conduit \u00e0 une brusque r\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans le Sud et l\u2019Est du pays, zones les plus touch\u00e9es par la guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" Conseil de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale d&rsquo;Ukraine, l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e russe a tir\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;plus de 1 500 missiles et drones, ainsi qu&rsquo;un grand nombre d&rsquo;obus et de grenades sur l&rsquo;infrastructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;Ukraine d&rsquo;octobre \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2022&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-209814' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/11\/24\/en-ukraine-la-menace-russe-plane-sur-linfrastructure-energetique\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-209814' title='&lt;a d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a chut\u00e9 de 77,5&#160;% en moyenne entre avril 2021 et avril 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette tactique, qui visait alors principalement \u00e0 briser le moral de la population en les privant de services essentiels \u2014 \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, eau, chauffage\u2026 \u2014, pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e tandis que le front est quasi-gel\u00e9, bien que toujours actif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense britannique, l\u2019intensification r\u00e9cente de frappes de drones iraniens Shahed 136 sur Kiev et d\u2019autres villes vise \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;d\u00e9grader les d\u00e9fenses a\u00e9riennes de l&rsquo;Ukraine afin de fa\u00e7onner l&rsquo;espace de combat avant toute campagne hivernale de frappes contre l&rsquo;infrastructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ukrainienne&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-209814' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a qu\u2019il y a un an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sur les centrales et le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique sont r\u00e9par\u00e9s aussi vite que possible, certains \u00e9quipements \u2014 notamment les transformateurs \u2014 viennent \u00e0 manquer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les centrales thermiques au gaz et au charbon, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent plus de la moiti\u00e9 de
