Ils votaient \u00e9galement pour le premier tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection du Conseil des \u00c9tats, chambre haute repr\u00e9sentant les cantons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/LfZqt\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sans surprise, l\u2019\u00e9lection a \u00e9t\u00e9 remport\u00e9e par l\u2019Union d\u00e9mocratique du centre (UDC, droite \u00e0 extr\u00eame droite), qui remporte 69 des 200 si\u00e8ges, soit 9 de plus que lors du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent scrutin en 2018. Il s\u2019agit du nombre le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de si\u00e8ges parlementaires remport\u00e9 par un parti politique en Suisse depuis la premi\u00e8re guerre mondiale, d\u00e9passant le record de 65 si\u00e8ges obtenus par l\u2019UDC en 2015.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019UDC arrive en t\u00eate dans la plupart des cantons al\u00e9maniques ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 Fribourg et Berne. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement populaire dans les r\u00e9gions et les cantons \u00e0 dominante rurale. Sa campagne s\u2019est cette fois largement ax\u00e9 sur le rejet de l\u2019immigration et de la perspective d\u2019une \u00ab&#160;suisse de 10 millions d\u2019habitants&#160;\u00bb qui pourrait \u00eatre atteinte dans les 15 \u00e0 30 ans \u00e0 venir \u2013 le programme du parti contient par exemple \u00ab&#160;l\u2019interdiction ou la limitation du regroupement familial&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Port\u00e9 notamment par la popularit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en exercice, Alain Berset, le PS fait figure de second vainqueur de ce scrutin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/I3eAw\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le Parti socialiste (PS) s\u2019\u00e9tablit en seconde position avec 41 si\u00e8ges (+2).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premier parti dans les cantons romands du Jura, de Neuch\u00e2tel, de Vaud et de Gen\u00e8ve, il est \u00e9galement vainqueur \u00e0 B\u00e2le-Ville, et s\u2019impose dans un grand nombre de communes urbaines de suisse al\u00e9manique et romande.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parti de sensibilit\u00e9 chr\u00e9tienne-d\u00e9mocrate Le Centre obtient 29 si\u00e8ges (+1), d\u00e9passant le Parti lib\u00e9ral-radical de centre-droit avec 28 si\u00e8ges (-1).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9sultat de la fusion en 2021 du Parti d\u00e9mocrate-chr\u00e9tien (PDC) et du Parti bourgeois-d\u00e9mocratique (PBD), le Centre arrive en t\u00eate dans cinq cantons traditionnellement catholiques, dont le Valais. Il se pr\u00e9sente comme force d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les aspirations sociales du centre-gauche et le conservatisme traditionnel du centre-droit, critiquant l\u2019approche conflictuelle de l\u2019UDC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Son influence au niveau cantonal en fait le premier parti au Conseil des \u00c9tats \u00e0 l\u2019issue de ce premier tour, avec 10 si\u00e8ges sur les 31 d\u00e9j\u00e0 attribu\u00e9s, contre seulement 4 au parti populiste de droite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Verts (23 si\u00e8ges, -5) et les Vert\u2019lib\u00e9raux (10 si\u00e8ges, -6) sont les grands perdants de ce scrutin, apr\u00e8s une forte croissance lors du scrutin pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les deux partis qui attirent un \u00e9lectorat principalement urbain et jeune doivent renoncer \u00e0 un quart de leurs si\u00e8ges.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leurs espoirs de participation gouvernementale, r\u00e9els apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9lection de 2018, ne seront tr\u00e8s probablement pas satisfaits lors de la pr\u00e9sente l\u00e9gislature.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation, traditionnellement tr\u00e8s faible dans la comparaison europ\u00e9enne, s\u2019\u00e9tablit en l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse \u00e0 46,6&#160;%. Il convient de souligner que l\u2019\u00e9lection du parlement n\u2019affecte que de mani\u00e8re indirecte la composition du gouvernement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En effet, le syst\u00e8me de gouvernance suisse est fond\u00e9 sur le consensus entre partis, et&nbsp; des repr\u00e9sentants des quatre plus grandes formations politiques si\u00e8gent simultan\u00e9ment au sein d\u2019un ex\u00e9cutif coll\u00e9gial, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il est compos\u00e9 de deux repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019UDC, deux repr\u00e9sentants du PS, deux repr\u00e9sentants du PLR et un repr\u00e9sentant du Centre.
