{"id":201703,"date":"2023-10-06T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=201703"},"modified":"2023-10-05T19:46:35","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T17:46:35","slug":"la-russie-cherche-a-rattraper-son-retard-commercial-en-afrique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/10\/06\/la-russie-cherche-a-rattraper-son-retard-commercial-en-afrique\/","title":{"rendered":"La Russie cherche \u00e0 rattraper son retard commercial en Afrique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le Kremlin a partag\u00e9 cette semaine des chiffres qui, s\u2019il faut les aborder avec prudence, pr\u00e9sentent une augmentation de 43,5&#160;% du commerce russo-africain des neuf premiers mois de 2023, compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les \u00e9changes bilat\u00e9raux entre la Russie et le continent se seraient \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 15,5 milliards de dollars sur les neufs premiers mois de 2023.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cette croissance refl\u00e8te surtout un rattrapage au vu de la baisse importante du commerce dans les premiers mois de la guerre en Ukraine, en 2022.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce volume total du commerce bilat\u00e9ral cache par ailleurs un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre important entre les partenaires commerciaux.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/rJn2e\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En 2022, les exportations russes vers l\u2019Afrique \u00e9taient 9 fois sup\u00e9rieures aux exportations africaines vers la Russie, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les chiffres de l\u2019Organisation mondiale du commerce.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette annonce du Kremlin arrive dans un contexte o\u00f9 ses objectifs annonc\u00e9s de croissance des investissements et du commerce bilat\u00e9ral avec l\u2019Afrique ne sont pas atteints.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/v3mEq\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lors du sommet Russie-Afrique de 2019, Poutine avait annonc\u00e9 un objectif de doublement du commerce avec le continent en cinq ans, visant d\u2019atteindre 40 milliards de dollars en 2024.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sur le plan des investissements, un certain nombre de promesses d\u2019investissements et de projets russes en Afrique n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi d\u2019effets \u2013 par exemple en Namibie ou en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, d\u2019apr\u00e8s un rapport de l\u2019IFRI&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-201703' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/10\/06\/la-russie-cherche-a-rattraper-son-retard-commercial-en-afrique\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-201703' title='Thierry Vircoulon, &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.ifri.org\/fr\/publications\/briefings-de-lifri\/russafrique-lepreuve-de-guerre&quot;&gt;\u00ab&amp;#160;La RussAfrique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve de la guerre&amp;#160;\u00bb&lt;\/a&gt;, 25 juillet 2023.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le principal partenaire commercial de la Russie sur le continent reste l\u2019\u00c9gypte.
