En cas d\u2019\u00e9chec, les autres leaders de partis \u2014 y compris S\u00e1nchez \u2014 ont deux mois pour tenter de former un gouvernement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/07\/27\/quelle-espagne-politique-apres-le-vote\/\">le vote du 23 juillet<\/a>, Pedro S\u00e1nchez a vu son pari de convoquer des \u00e9lections anticip\u00e9es couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s&#160;: il a mis le bloc de droite \u2013 donn\u00e9 pourtant grand favori \u2013 dans l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de former un gouvernement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bien qu&rsquo;il ait obtenu le soutien du parti d&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite Vox, Feij\u00f3o se trouve \u00e0 court de quatre si\u00e8ges pour pouvoir former un gouvernement. En effet, pour devenir premier ministre, Feij\u00f3o doit obtenir une majorit\u00e9 absolue d&rsquo;au moins 176 voix lors du premier tour de ce mercredi 27 septembre ou une majorit\u00e9 simple lors du second tour de vendredi. Les partis r\u00e9gionaux rejettent toute alliance qui inclurait Vox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/NSXao\/ \" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e1nchez m\u00e8ne depuis plusieurs semaines des n\u00e9gociations afin de former sa propre coalition dans le cas (probable) d\u2019un \u00e9chec de Feij\u00f3o et les ind\u00e9pendantistes catalans de Junts ont constitu\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re cible du PSOE en recherche de soutien, comme en a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 l\u2019adoption d\u2019une r\u00e9forme permettant l\u2019utilisation par les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de leur langue r\u00e9gionale au Parlement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le prix suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 payer par S\u00e1nchez pour le soutien des ind\u00e9pendantistes catalans pourrait \u00eatre l&rsquo;amnistie des participants au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum de 2017 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ill\u00e9gal par le Tribunal constitutionnel espagnol. La question de l\u2019amnistie \u2014 qui pourrait selon les groupes s\u00e9paratistes, couvrir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 400 personnes \u2014 divise pourtant la gauche et l\u2019entourage m\u00eame du Premier ministre. Pour le moment, le myst\u00e8re demeure sur la position de S\u00e1nchez mais tout porte \u00e0 croire qu\u2019il s\u2019assurera du soutien de Junts et ERC et sera effectivement investi \u2014 sans doute fin octobre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Devant le Parlement, Feij\u00f3o a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00ab&#160;ni juridiquement ni \u00e9thiquement acceptable&#160;\u00bb d&rsquo;accorder l&rsquo;amnistie aux s\u00e9paratistes catalans.
