Apr\u00e8s le vote de dimanche en Espagne il n&rsquo;y a pas de majorit\u00e9 parlementaire pour le bloc de droite, alors qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de gauche pourrait voir le jour gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des accords avec les partis ind\u00e9pendantistes. Sanchez c\u00e9l\u00e8bre un r\u00e9sultat qui est le fruit d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie contest\u00e9e mais gagnante&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&nbsp;nous avons plus de si\u00e8ges qu\u2019il y a quatre ans&nbsp;&#160;\u00bb. Feijoo, \u00e0 la t\u00eate du premier parti espagnol mais qui doit d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire face \u00e0 des remous internes, revendique son droit \u00e0 former un gouvernement&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&nbsp;que personne n\u2019ait la tentation de rendre l\u2019Espagne&nbsp;ingouvernable&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une surprise relative. Si vous avez lu les analyses \u00e9lectorales que nous avons publi\u00e9es en partenariat avec Cluster17 (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/07\/17\/le-vote-utile-fera-t-il-lelection-en-espagne-sondage-exclusif\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/06\/27\/fragmente-et-polarise-la-structure-de-lelectorat-espagnol-a-un-mois-des-elections\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>) vous ne serez \u00e9tonn\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 moiti\u00e9&#160;: nous pr\u00e9voyions que le vote utile aurait eu le dessus (et de fait on observe une forte r\u00e9duction de Vox qui perd 19 si\u00e8ges par rapport au scrutin pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent) et que la mobilisation \u00e9lectorale aurait permis \u00e0 la gauche de tenir, voire de rester la principale force au parlement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels sc\u00e9narios&#160;? L\u2019espace politique espagnol \u00e9tant cliv\u00e9, les deux blocs n\u2019ayant pas la majorit\u00e9, il faudra suivre de pr\u00e8s la strat\u00e9gie des ind\u00e9pendantistes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 exprim\u00e9 leur souhait de ren\u00e9gocier leur soutien \u00e0 Sanchez. Il semble toutefois impossible qu\u2019ils participent \u00e0 un gouvernement avec Vox, fortement improbable qu\u2019ils apportent leur soutien externe. Si une grande coalition avec les leaderships actuelles semble difficile \u00e0 imaginer, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition du scrutin parait probable \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle pour r\u00e9soudre l\u2019impasse institutionnelle \u2014 avec une dynamique moins favorable pour la droite donn\u00e9e gagnante, incapable d\u2019exprimer son h\u00e9g\u00e9monie. Il ne faut pas exclure toutefois que Sanchez succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Sanchez dans un interr\u00e8gne qui pourrait s\u2019\u00e9tendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota bene. L\u2019Espagne a pris la pr\u00e9sidence du Conseil de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne le 1er juillet.
