Dans cette fonction, il est notamment charg\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation des travaux parlementaires au sein du groupe et des relations avec les autres groupes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frei fonde son raisonnement sur l\u2019incoh\u00e9rence entre le droit d\u2019asile individuel, qui donne aux ressortissants de certains \u00c9tats des chances tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es d\u2019obtenir l\u2019asile \u2014 Frei cite l\u2019exemple de l\u2019Afghanistan \u2014 et les efforts exerc\u00e9s par l\u2019Europe pour r\u00e9duire les flux migratoires, qui r\u00e9duisent drastiquement la capacit\u00e9 effective des individus \u00e0 faire exercice de ce droit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il en r\u00e9sulterait, selon l\u2019\u00e9lu CDU\/CSU, une in\u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;inhumaine&#160;\u00bb dans le traitement des individus \u2014 les plus faibles \u00e9tant les plus exclus de l\u2019exercice de ce droit \u2014 mais aussi, selon Thorsten Frei, une \u00ab&#160;menace pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes&#160;\u00bb.
