{"id":18825,"date":"2019-02-26T16:43:39","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T15:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/?p=12977"},"modified":"2019-04-05T09:23:35","modified_gmt":"2019-04-05T08:23:35","slug":"lunion-et-les-blocs-transnationaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2019\/02\/26\/lunion-et-les-blocs-transnationaux\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;Union et les blocs transnationaux"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ces ann\u00e9es derni\u00e8res ont vu la multiplication des alliances pass\u00e9es entre Etats membres de l\u2019Union&#160;: de plus en plus de pays d\u00e9cident de joindre leurs forces pour d\u00e9fendre des int\u00e9r\u00eats communs au sein des institutions europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ainsi<\/strong>, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du V2 et du Benelux, institutionnalis\u00e9s \u00e0 Bruxelles, il existe un certain nombre d\u2019autres alliances&#160;: l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=ccdeaef0b8&amp;e=f9b412825a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amiti\u00e9 franco-allemande<\/a>, la Nouvelle Ligue Hans\u00e9atique, qui r\u00e9unit huit pays conservateurs sur le plan fiscal pour la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019Union mon\u00e9taire&#160;; et le groupe de<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=e96d33013f&amp;e=f9b412825a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Visegrad<\/a> (V4).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lldl.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/GEG-Blocs_transnationaux-01-1000x998.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12978\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota bene&#160;:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n<em><strong>Des t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate.<\/strong> Au sein du Visegrad, les relations bilat\u00e9rales (Hongrie\/Pologne, R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que\/Slovaquie) l\u2019emportent souvent sur le consensus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/em>\n<\/li><li>\n<em><strong>Une coop\u00e9ration peu concr\u00e8te. <\/strong>Leur principaux partenaires commerciaux, ainsi que les principaux investisseurs, sont les pays de l\u2019Europe de l\u2019Ouest, les Etats-Unis et la Chine.<\/em>\n<\/li><li>\n<em><strong>Au-del\u00e0 de la migration<\/strong>, reste \u00e0 voir s\u2019ils vont r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 faire front commun sur des sujets comme la concurrence, la r\u00e9forme de la zone euro et le prochain cadre financier pluriannuel.<\/em>\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ces alliances <\/strong>ont des buts diff\u00e9rents mais toutes partagent une volont\u00e9 d\u2019influencer la politique europ\u00e9enne sur des th\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques. A tel point qu\u2019on peut s\u2019interroger sur une passage \u00e0 une union structur\u00e9e autour de p\u00f4les r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>L\u2019Europe centrale est la la r\u00e9gion la plus active dans lacr\u00e9ation de ces blocs transnationaux.
