Le droit \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle (DPI) y tient une place majeure, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au sein d\u2019ARISE-Plus. Il s\u2019agit de faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les pays de la r\u00e9gion des connaissances europ\u00e9ennes en la mati\u00e8re, afin d\u2019aider les gouvernements \u00e0 mieux lutter contre le fl\u00e9au de la contrefa\u00e7on et que l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne en r\u00e9colte ensuite les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices dans un cadre d\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique. \u00c9tablissant progressivement des accords de libre-\u00e9change bilat\u00e9raux avec chaque pays de l\u2019ASEAN, l\u2019Union avance vers un accord global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cadre, la protection de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle est une question incontournable. Malgr\u00e9 une diversification des moyens de lutte contre la contrefa\u00e7on, avec notamment la mise en place d\u2019une cyberdouane et d\u2019une harmonisation des douanes europ\u00e9ennes depuis 2013, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est en augmentation constante. Selon la Commission europ\u00e9enne, le DPI soutient l\u2019innovation, permet aux entreprises, chercheurs et inventeurs de \u00ab&#160;retirer un profit de leur investissement dans les savoir-faire&#160;\u00bb et \u00ab&#160;renforce la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie europ\u00e9enne&#160;\u00bb. La Commission pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement que les secteurs concern\u00e9s par ce DPI repr\u00e9sentent environ 90&#160;% des exportations europ\u00e9ennes. En mettant ce chiffre en perspective avec le fait que 90&#160;% des contrefa\u00e7ons mondiales proviennent d\u2019Asie du Sud-Est (rapport UNIFAB 2010), on constate qu\u2019un tel projet demeure essentiel pour aborder de mani\u00e8re saine des rapports commerciaux avec l\u2019association repr\u00e9sentant cette sous-r\u00e9gion. L\u2019UE est le troisi\u00e8me partenaire commercial de l\u2019ASEAN, dont les perspectives de croissance sont en moyenne de 6,1&#160;% en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2018&#160;: lancement d\u2019E-READI et ARISE-Plus, deux programmes phares du dialogue UE-ASEAN.
