Mais pas au Kirghizistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir remport\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidentielle l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Sooronbay Jeenbekov a entrepris d\u2019\u00e9carter syst\u00e9matiquement les alli\u00e9s de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Atambayev de tous les postes clefs du pays. Ces derniers mois, il a d\u00e9mis de leurs fonctions le directeur du GKNB (les services de renseignement), le Procureur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le premier ministre. Parall\u00e8lement, Atambayev est revenu en grandes pompes dans le vie politique kirghize en tant que membre du parti majoritaire du Parlement, le SDPK. Atambayez semble ne pas avoir l\u2019intention de se retirer de la vie politique ni de jouir d\u2019un statut de \u00ab&#160;p\u00e8re de la nation&#160;\u00bb. Au contraire, l\u2019affrontement avec son ancien prot\u00e9g\u00e9, Jeenbekov, devient  de plus en plus in\u00e9vitable. Tout d\u00e9pendra de comment Moukhamedkali Abylgaziev, le nouveau premier ministre nomm\u00e9 cette semaine, saura maintenir l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les deux g\u00e9ants de la politique kirghize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conflit entre les deux factions rivales certes est limit\u00e9e par la dur\u00e9e du mandat (six ans non renouvelables) mais un contr\u00f4le du pays d\u2019\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal reste possible.
