Pendant El Ni\u00f1o, les vents soufflant vers l&rsquo;ouest le long de l&rsquo;\u00e9quateur ralentissent et l&rsquo;eau chaude est pouss\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;est, ce qui entra\u00eene un r\u00e9chauffement des temp\u00e9ratures de surface de l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les conditions autour des Tropiques n&rsquo;indiquent toutefois pas de r\u00e9ponse atmosph\u00e9rique \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de surface de la mer, ce qui signifie qu\u2019El Ni\u00f1o n\u2019a pas commenc\u00e9&#160;; par cons\u00e9quent, les t\u00e9l\u00e9connexions (influences sur les r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es du centre d&rsquo;action) n&rsquo;auront probablement pas d&rsquo;effet avant la fin de
