{"id":184140,"date":"2023-05-05T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-05T06:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=184140"},"modified":"2023-05-05T15:17:16","modified_gmt":"2023-05-05T13:17:16","slug":"aux-etats-unis-le-marche-du-solaire-dope-par-linflation-reduction-act","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/05\/05\/aux-etats-unis-le-marche-du-solaire-dope-par-linflation-reduction-act\/","title":{"rendered":"Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, le march\u00e9 du solaire dop\u00e9 par l\u2019Inflation Reduction Act"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019<em>Inflation Reduction Act<\/em>, qui pr\u00e9voit 370 milliards de dollars de subventions pour la transition environnementale, 600 GW d\u2019\u00e9nergie propre devraient \u00eatre mis en place d\u2019ici 2030, la loi visant la d\u00e9carbonation de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d\u2019ici 2035 et la neutralit\u00e9 carbone \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2050.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019<em>Inflation Reduction Act <\/em>est<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/24\/politique-du-climat-les-lecons-de-linflation-reduction-act\/\"> l\u2019action la plus importante entreprise aux \u00c9tats-Unis en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le changement climatique<\/a>. Selon l\u2019Agence de protection de l\u2019environnement am\u00e9ricaine (EPA), celle-ci devrait permettre de faire passer les \u00e9missions de CO2 annuelles am\u00e9ricaines de 5 600 millions de tonnes par an en 2021 \u00e0 3 800 d\u2019ici 2035.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le projet comprend 358 gigawatts de panneaux solaires, 137 gigawatts d&rsquo;\u00e9oliennes et 111 gigawatts de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie construits entre 2023 et 2030. Selon les calculs de Bloomberg NEF, cette quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e9olienne pourrait produire autant d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que celle utilis\u00e9e par plus de 100 millions de foyers am\u00e9ricains aujourd&rsquo;hui.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/OnzYm\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, les \u00c9tats-Unis ont install\u00e9 environ 140 gigawatts de capacit\u00e9 de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire, soit suffisamment pour fournir plus de 3&#160;% de leur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9&#160;; d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 la fin de la d\u00e9cennie, les engagements de l\u2019IRA<em> <\/em>sont respect\u00e9, le pays devrait quadrupler sa capacit\u00e9&#160;; les premiers signes d\u2019un boom \u00e9conomique du secteur se manifestent d\u00e9j\u00e0.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le carnet de commandes de <em>First Solar<\/em>, entreprise de panneaux solaires implant\u00e9e \u00e0 90&#160;% sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain, est pass\u00e9 de 11,5 GW au d\u00e9but de 2020 \u00e0 70 GW lors de sa derni\u00e8re communication \u2013 avec notamment un doublement entre le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022 et la fin du premier trimestre 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depuis ao\u00fbt 2022, de nombreuses entreprises ont d\u00e9voil\u00e9 des dizaines de nouveaux projets d\u2019investissement aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Dans un rapport publi\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier, l\u2019ONG am\u00e9ricaine <em>Climate Power<\/em> a identifi\u00e9 plus de 90 projets de production d\u2019\u00e9nergie propre (solaire, \u00e9olien, v\u00e9hicules et batteries \u00e9lectriques\u2026) r\u00e9partis dans 31 \u00c9tats&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-184140' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/05\/05\/aux-etats-unis-le-marche-du-solaire-dope-par-linflation-reduction-act\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-184140' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/climatepower.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2023\/02\/Clean-Energy-Boom-100K-Report.pdf&quot;&gt;Clean Energy Boom&lt;\/a&gt;, Climate Power, f\u00e9vrier 2023.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/qd3a5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IRA contribue \u00e9galement au bilan globalement positif de l\u2019administration Biden en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9conomie et de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emploi. <em>Climate Power<\/em> recense plus de 100 000 emplois (d\u2019\u00e9lectricien, de m\u00e9canicien, technicien, ouvriers du b\u00e2timent\u2026) d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces 90 nouveaux projets d\u2019investissement.
