{"id":182769,"date":"2023-04-20T13:55:27","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T11:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=182769"},"modified":"2023-04-20T13:55:28","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T11:55:28","slug":"la-consommation-europeenne-de-gaz-a-baisse-de-177-entre-aout-et-mars-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/04\/20\/la-consommation-europeenne-de-gaz-a-baisse-de-177-entre-aout-et-mars-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"La consommation europ\u00e9enne de gaz a baiss\u00e9 de 17,7&#160;% entre ao\u00fbt et mars 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es Eurostat, la consommation de gaz naturel des \u00c9tats-membres a chut\u00e9 de 17,7&#160;% au cours de la p\u00e9riode ao\u00fbt 2022-mars 2023 par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne 2017-2022 sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-182769' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/04\/20\/la-consommation-europeenne-de-gaz-a-baisse-de-177-entre-aout-et-mars-2023\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-182769' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/en\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/ddn-20230419-1&quot;&gt;EU gas consumption decreased by 17.7&amp;#160;%&lt;\/a&gt;, Eurostat, 19 avril 2023.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ainsi, l\u2019objectif de 15&#160;% de r\u00e9duction de la consommation de gaz au cours de cet hiver fix\u00e9 par le Conseil en ao\u00fbt 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La r\u00e9duction de la consommation est d\u00fbe \u00e0 la conjonction de plusieurs facteurs&#160;: temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que la moyenne, r\u00e9duction de la production industrielle, mesures d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie et passage \u00e0 d\u2019autres sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie (notamment des \u00e9nergies renouvelables).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/erv3h\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019Union, la r\u00e9duction de la consommation a \u00e9t\u00e9 proportionnellement la plus importante dans les pays nordiques&#160;: Finlande (-55,7&#160;%), Lituanie (-40,5&#160;%), Su\u00e8de (-37,2&#160;%) et Estonie (-36&#160;%). Seul Malte a vu sa consommation de gaz naturel augmenter au cours de la p\u00e9riode, bien que celle-ci corresponde \u00e0 une hausse marginale en termes num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/NqRS5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant m\u00eame la d\u00e9cision du Conseil de r\u00e9duire la consommation de gaz naturel, les \u00c9tats-membres consommaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 moins comparativement \u00e0 la moyenne des cinq ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u2019est en novembre 2022 que la consommation de gaz naturel a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus basse par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (-25,05&#160;% \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon des estimations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par Eurasia Group, cette baisse de la demande est susceptible de se prolonger en 2023, mais \u00e0 un rythme moins soutenu (\u00e0 raison de 3 \u00e0 5&#160;% sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e)&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-182769' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/04\/20\/la-consommation-europeenne-de-gaz-a-baisse-de-177-entre-aout-et-mars-2023\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-182769' title='Martin Arnold et David Sheppard, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/a4d4e1ce-5444-42c7-bda6-6fda77cc2fe7&quot;&gt;EU gas usage falls 18&amp;#160;% after price shock caused by Russian supply cuts&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Financial Times&lt;\/em&gt;, 19 avril 2023.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/CufD6\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La publication de ces nouvelles donn\u00e9es co\u00efncide avec le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de remplissage des r\u00e9serves de gaz en vue de l\u2019hiver prochain. Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res semaines, les importations europ\u00e9ennes de gaz naturel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus importantes depuis les six derniers mois.
