D\u2019ici \u00e0 2025 le parc de voitures et de camionnettes doit ainsi avoir r\u00e9duit de 15&#160;% ses \u00e9missions par rapport \u00e0 leur niveau de 2021. En 2030, les objectifs sont de 37,5&#160;% pour les automobiles, et 31&#160;% pour les camionnettes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La loi a aussi fix\u00e9 les seuils d\u2019\u00e9missions par v\u00e9hicule (95 g de CO\u2082\/km pour les voitures particuli\u00e8res et 147 g de CO\u2082\/km pour les v\u00e9hicules utilitaires l\u00e9gers) et une taxe carbone pour les entreprises dont les \u00e9missions d\u00e9passent les seuils fix\u00e9s (95 euros par g\/km exc\u00e9dent, multipli\u00e9s par l\u2019effectif de la flotte) \u2013 \u00e9tendant ainsi le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en du carbone d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant au transport routier.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/m6Dtq\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accord conclu ce mardi&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-181049' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/03\/30\/les-ventes-de-vehicules-thermiques-vont-cesser-en-europe-dici-a-2035\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-181049' title='Voir la &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/oeil.secure.europarl.europa.eu\/oeil\/popups\/printficheglobal.pdf?id=728320&amp;amp;l=en&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noreferrer noopener&quot;&gt;version pr\u00e9liminaire de la loi&lt;\/a&gt; disponible sur le site de la Commission europ\u00e9enne.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span> sur la fin des v\u00e9hicule thermiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2035 amende le r\u00e8glement 2019\/631, en relevant l&rsquo;objectif interm\u00e9diaire de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de 2030 (-55&#160;% pour les voitures particuli\u00e8res, -50&#160;% pour les v\u00e9hicules utilitaires) ce qui obligera les constructeurs automobiles \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la vente de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seul 1&#160;% du parc automobile europ\u00e9en se compose de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques&#160;; l\u2019un des obstacles \u00e0 sa transition est le nombre encore faible de stations de recharge. L\u2019Association des constructeurs europ\u00e9ens d\u2019automobiles avait fix\u00e9 un objectif de construction de 6000 points par semaine entre 2021 et 2030 pour respecter les engagements du Pacte vert&#160;; la France n\u2019en construit que 400 par semaine, l\u2018Allemagne 600.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon l\u2019Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-4-181049' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/03\/30\/les-ventes-de-vehicules-thermiques-vont-cesser-en-europe-dici-a-2035\/#easy-footnote-bottom-4-181049' title='\u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/global-ev-outlook-2022&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noreferrer noopener&quot;&gt;Global EV Outlook 2022&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, mai 2022.'><sup>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>, les ventes de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques en Europe devraient atteindre 40&#160;% en 2030, dans la prolongation des politiques d\u00e9j\u00e0 mises en \u0153uvre&#160;; le respect des engagements climatiques devrait les porter \u00e0 50&#160;%.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2021, 21&#160;% des nouvelles voitures et camionnettes immatricul\u00e9es \u00e9taient \u00e9lectriques. 1,6 millions de v\u00e9hicules hybrides ou \u00e9lectriques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus dans l\u2019Union la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, dont un million en France et en Allemagne \u2013 repr\u00e9sentant respectivement 10&#160;% et 14&#160;% des ventes totales de v\u00e9hicules dans ces pays.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Pv18t\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La production sur le sol de l\u2019Union se chiffrait en 2021 \u00e0 12,1 millions de v\u00e9hicules (15,3&#160;% de la production mondiale), dont 9,9 millions de voitures particuli\u00e8res. Le secteur emploie 2,6 millions de personnes dans l\u2019industrie (8,5&#160;% de l\u2019emploi industriel europ\u00e9en), et 12,7 millions en y incluant les services (6,6&#160;% de l\u2019emploi europ\u00e9en).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les grands constructeurs automobiles actifs en Europe se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9lectrifier la majorit\u00e9 de leurs ventes entre 2030 et 2035. Par exemple, Volkswagen et Stellantis, qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble environ 30&#160;% du march\u00e9 automobile europ\u00e9en en volume, se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 vendre respectivement 70&#160;% et 100&#160;% de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/CAiAr\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Une l\u00e9gislation distincte couvrant les \u00e9missions des camions, des autocars et des autobus a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e, tandis qu&rsquo;un ensemble de r\u00e8gles couvrant tous les polluants autres que le&nbsp; CO\u2082 \u00e9mis par les v\u00e9hicules \u2014 domaine pour l\u2019instant couvert par la norme Euro 6&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-5-181049' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/03\/30\/les-ventes-de-vehicules-thermiques-vont-cesser-en-europe-dici-a-2035\/#easy-footnote-bottom-5-181049' title='\u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A02017R1151-20200125&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noreferrer noopener&quot;&gt;Commission regulation (EU) 2017\/115 of 1 June 2017, supplementing Regulation (EC) No 715\/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council on type-approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6)&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, Commission europ\u00e9enne, 1er juin 2017.'><sup>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span> \u2014 est \u00e9galement en cours de discussion.
