Le 16 f\u00e9vrier, Loukachenko avait <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/02\/17\/alexandre-loukachenko-invite-biden-a-minsk-pour-un-dialogue-trilateral-avec-poutine\/\">invit\u00e9 Joe Biden \u00e0 se rendre au B\u00e9larus pour participer \u00e0 un \u00ab&#160;dialogue trilat\u00e9ral&#160;\u00bb<\/a> sur l\u2019Ukraine aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Volodymyr Zelensky et de Vladimir Poutine.
