Cette \u00e9lection marque la fin des deux mandats du pr\u00e9sident conservateur sortant, N\u00edkos Anastasi\u00e1dis (DISY, centre-droit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Y98ST\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tensions Nord-Sud<\/strong>. La campagne \u00e9lectorale a \u00e9t\u00e9 domin\u00e9e par des questions de corruption, l&rsquo;inflation (7,9&#160;% en d\u00e9cembre 2022 en glissement annuel), l&rsquo;immigration irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et l&rsquo;impasse du processus de paix avec la partie Nord de l&rsquo;\u00eele. Les n\u00e9gociations de paix entre les deux communaut\u00e9s sont au point mort depuis l\u2019\u00e9chec du plan de paix Annan, rejet\u00e9 en 2004 \u00e0 76&#160;% par la communaut\u00e9 grecque de Chypre. La victoire d\u2019Ersin Tatar, personnalit\u00e9 turque en faveur de la partition de l\u2019\u00eele, au poste de pr\u00e9sident dans l\u2019entit\u00e9 s\u00e9paratiste en 2022, porte un coup suppl\u00e9mentaire aux efforts de r\u00e9unification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ciSVe\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La surperformance d<\/strong><strong>&lsquo;<\/strong><strong>Andr\u00e9as Mavroyi\u00e1nnis, soutenu par le parti de gauche AKEL (gauche radicale, the Left).<\/strong> Mavroyi\u00e1nnis \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un outsider par les sondages d&rsquo;opinion, cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de seulement 20&#160;% \u00e0 25&#160;% des suffrages. Il se trouvait ainsi en troisi\u00e8me position derri\u00e8re Av\u00e9rof Neof\u00fdtou, le candidat officiel du parti de centre-droit DISY. Il a finalement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se hisser au second tour en recueillant 29,6&#160;% des suffrages, contre 26,1&#160;% pour Neofytou.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/o2ZeZ\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le pari r\u00e9ussi de Khristodoul\u00eddis.<\/strong> Le candidat ind\u00e9pendant de centre-droit a \u00e9t\u00e9 en t\u00eate des sondages tout au long de la campagne (cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de plus de 30&#160;% des voix), bien que sur une tendance \u00e0 la baisse dans les derni\u00e8res semaines. Il aura ainsi r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter comme le candidat capable de d\u00e9passer le clivage politique pour se poser comme garant de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de la Nation en r\u00e9unissant plus de 32&#160;% des voix au premier tour. Les sondages d\u2019opinion de second tour donnent une large avance \u00e0 Khristodoul\u00eddis, cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 70&#160;% des intentions de vote. Ce dernier a r\u00e9ussi sa campagne en adoptant une ligne dure concernant la division du pays et en s\u2019opposant \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une Chypre r\u00e9unifi\u00e9e binationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/y6EXj\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9chec d\u2019Av\u00e9rof Neof\u00fdtou. <\/strong>Avec seulement 26&#160;% des voix, le candidat officiel du centre-droit n\u2019a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se qualifier au second tour. Les sondages d&rsquo;opinion ont pourtant plac\u00e9 Khristodoul\u00eddis au second tour tout au long de la campagne. Ce dernier, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiait du soutien de son parti, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 publiquement soutenu par le pr\u00e9sident sortant N\u00edkos Anastasi\u00e1dis. Sa candidature a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9clips\u00e9e par celle de Khristodoul\u00eddis, qui a constamment maintenu une avance de pr\u00e8s de 10 points dans les sondages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une pouss\u00e9e de l\u2019extr\u00eame-droite ultra-nationaliste avec la surperformance de Christos Christou (ELAM). <\/strong>Avec 6,1&#160;% des suffrages, le candidat d\u2019ELAM a sur-perform\u00e9 par rapport aux sondages (qui le cr\u00e9ditaient de moins de 5&#160;%), arrivant en quatri\u00e8me position. L\u2019extr\u00eame-droite a \u00e9galement gagn\u00e9 en fr\u00e9quentabilit\u00e9&#160;: le candidat favori, Khristodoul\u00eddis<strong>,<\/strong> a refus\u00e9 lors d\u2019un d\u00e9bat la veille des \u00e9lections d&rsquo;exclure la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;unir ses forces avec n&rsquo;importe quel parti \u2014 y compris avec Elam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/1zq6U\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une participation stable.<\/strong> Sur les 561 000 Chypriotes appel\u00e9s aux urnes, plus de 400 000 se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s pour voter, soit un taux de participation de 72,05&#160;%.
