Il existait alors un consensus parmi les formations politiques japonaises consistant \u00e0 favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/IiivM\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La part de l\u2019\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire dans la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e de 26&#160;% en 2010 \u00e0 6&#160;% en 2021. Entre 2012 et 2016, le nucl\u00e9aire comptait pour moins d\u20191&#160;% de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite au Japon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/MOenO\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir atteint leur niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en 2013, les \u00e9missions de CO2 ont progressivement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9cro\u00eetre \u2014 particuli\u00e8rement celles li\u00e9es au gaz et au p\u00e9trole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2021, l\u2019Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie remarquait \u00ab&#160;d&rsquo;importants progr\u00e8s dans la r\u00e9forme de ses march\u00e9s nationaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et du gaz naturel&#160;\u00bb et soulignait la \u00ab&#160;croissance continue des \u00e9nergies renouvelables&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-175384' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/01\/25\/le-retour-du-nucleaire-au-japon\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-175384' title='\u00a0&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.iea.org\/news\/innovation-and-market-reform-needed-to-drive-japan-s-clean-energy-transition-iea-policy-review-finds&quot;&gt;Innovation and market reform needed to drive Japan\u2019s clean energy transition, IEA policy review finds&lt;\/a&gt;, Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, 4 mars 2021.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/CunTl\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis l\u2019invasion de l\u2019Ukraine par la Russie le 24 f\u00e9vrier 2022, les prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 et les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement en hydrocarbures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 durablement perturb\u00e9es. De plus, la r\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable des exportations de gaz russe vers l\u2019Europe a conduit \u00e0 une forte augmentation des importations de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL). En cons\u00e9quence, la demande mondiale de GNL sera tr\u00e8s certainement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019offre au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/yFUWy\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les perturbations des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ont un impact direct sur le Japon qui est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9pendant des importations, particuli\u00e8rement d\u2019hydrocarbures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2022, Tokyo a retrouv\u00e9 son rang de principal importateur de GNL au monde \u2014 d\u00e9passant ainsi la Chine \u2014, avec presque 72 millions de tonnes m\u00e9triques de GNL, contre 63 pour P\u00e9kin&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-175384' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/01\/25\/le-retour-du-nucleaire-au-japon\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-175384' title='Shardul Sharma, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.naturalgasworld.com\/japan-again-become-worlds-biggest-lng-importer-103243?utm_medium=email&amp;amp;utm_campaign=Daily%20Newsletter%202022&amp;amp;utm_content=Daily%20Newsletter%202022+CID_70e83c31bea9e95c92c3e5e650156ef5&amp;amp;utm_source=Campaign%20Monitor&amp;amp;utm_term=JAPAN%20AGAIN%20BECOME%20WORLDS%20BIGGEST%20LNG%20IMPORTER&quot;&gt;Japan again becomes world&amp;rsquo;s biggest LNG importer&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Natural Gas World&lt;\/em&gt;, 19 janvier 2023.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le gaz naturel est la principale source d\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e pour produire de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au Japon \u2014 repr\u00e9sentant 35&#160;% du total de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite \u2014 ce qui fait de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des approvisionnements un enjeu de souverainet\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9duire l\u2019exposition du Japon aux fluctuations des march\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, le Premier ministre Fumio Kishida a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre une feuille de route d\u00e9cennale en faveur de la \u00ab&#160;transformation verte&#160;\u00bb du pays, qui comprend notamment des mesures visant \u00e0 relancer l&rsquo;industrie nucl\u00e9aire.
