En raison de l\u2019arr\u00eat du gazoduc <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/07\/11\/larret-temporaire-de-nord-stream-1-fait-craindre-une-aggravation-de-la-crise-energetique-en-europe\/\">Nord Stream 1<\/a>, l\u2019Allemagne n\u2019importe plus de gaz naturel russe via gazoduc depuis le mois de septembre. En novembre, la demande allemande de gaz naturel \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieure de 23&#160;% \u00e0 la moyenne des ann\u00e9es 2019-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium \">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/flo.uri.sh\/visualisation\/12248640\/embed\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les capacit\u00e9s du terminal flottant de Wilhelmshaven, sur la mer du Nord, correspondent \u00e0 8&#160;% de la consommation annuelle allemande de gaz. D\u2019ici fin 2023, six terminaux similaires devraient voir le jour en Allemagne, couvrant au total un tiers de la consommation de gaz du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le remplissage actuel des r\u00e9serves allemandes \u2014 et europ\u00e9ennes \u2014 de gaz naturel ne fait pas craindre de risque de p\u00e9nurie avant l\u2019hiver prochain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La construction d\u2019infrastructures ne r\u00e9sout toutefois pas la question de l\u2019offre de GNL qui risque de devenir insuffisante \u00e0 mesure de la <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/12\/07\/vers-la-fin-du-zero-covid-en-chine\/\">reprise des activit\u00e9s<\/a> chinoises \u00e0 des niveaux pr\u00e9-pand\u00e9miques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/CIuli\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En amont de l&rsquo;inauguration du terminal de Wilhelmshaven, le New Climate Institute critiquait dans un rapport le projet allemand de constructions de terminaux flottants comme \u00e9tant \u00ab&#160;massivement surdimensionn\u00e9&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-172097' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/12\/22\/lallemagne-met-en-service-son-premier-terminal-flottant-de-gnl\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-172097' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/newclimate.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-12\/German%20LNG%20terminal%20construction%20plans%20are%20massively%20oversized.pdf&quot;&gt;German LNG terminal construction plans are massively oversized&lt;\/a&gt;, New Climate Institute, 13 d\u00e9cembre 2022.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Selon l\u2019organisation, celui-ci constituerait \u00e9galement une violation de la l\u00e9gislation nationale et des engagements internationaux pris dans le cadre de l&rsquo;accord de Paris.
