{"id":165367,"date":"2022-10-27T19:28:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T17:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?p=165367"},"modified":"2022-10-28T15:39:10","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T13:39:10","slug":"pour-lutter-contre-linflation-la-bce-releve-une-fois-de-plus-ses-taux-directeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/27\/pour-lutter-contre-linflation-la-bce-releve-une-fois-de-plus-ses-taux-directeurs\/","title":{"rendered":"La BCE rel\u00e8ve une fois de plus ses taux directeurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la troisi\u00e8me hausse des taux directeurs de la Banque centrale europ\u00e9enne depuis juillet. <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/07\/21\/la-bce-augmente-ses-taux-directeurs-de-05-point-de-base-premiere-remontee-de-taux-depuis-11-ans\/\">De telles augmentations n\u2019avaient pas eu lieu depuis onze ans<\/a>, mettant fin \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cennie de taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat tr\u00e8s bas, voire n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u2019est la deuxi\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive que le conseil des gouverneurs de la BCE d\u00e9cide d\u2019une hausse de 75 points de base. Le 7 septembre dernier, l\u2019institution avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une hausse du m\u00eame ordre, apr\u00e8s avoir augment\u00e9 ses taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat en juillet de 50 points de base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/yCUNA\/3\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette politique d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 mon\u00e9taire n&rsquo;est pas sans cons\u00e9quence sur les \u00e9conomies de la zone euro, alors que l\u2019inflation <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/09\/30\/en-septembre-linflation-a-atteint-10-dans-la-zone-euro\/\">a atteint presque 10&#160;% en glissement annuel en septembre au sein de la zone euro.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Naturellement, freiner la demande pour ralentir l&rsquo;inflation peut conduire \u00e0 une r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique. Ce sc\u00e9nario devient de plus en plus cr\u00e9dible \u00e0 en croire les propos du vice-pr\u00e9sident de la BCE, Luis de Guindos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce dernier a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 il y a quelques jours qu\u2019une interruption des flux de gaz russe vers l&rsquo;Europe pourrait provoquer une r\u00e9cession de pr\u00e8s de 1&#160;% dans la zone euro en 2023&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-165367' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/27\/pour-lutter-contre-linflation-la-bce-releve-une-fois-de-plus-ses-taux-directeurs\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-165367' title='\u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.france24.com\/en\/live-news\/20221027-ecb-warns-of-looming-recession-as-it-again-hikes-rates&quot;&gt;ECB warns of &amp;lsquo;looming recession&amp;rsquo; as it again hikes rates&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;France24&lt;\/em&gt;, 27 octobre 2022.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lors de ses derni\u00e8res perspectives \u00e9conomiques publi\u00e9es il y a quelques semaines, le Fonds mon\u00e9taire international anticipait d\u00e9j\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/11\/litalie-et-lallemagne-vont-entrer-en-recession-en-2023-selon-le-fmi\/\">une r\u00e9cession en Italie et en Allemagne en 2023<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/PztGM\/12\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9sidente de la BCE, Christine Lagarde, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9venu en septembre que les taux \u00e9taient encore \u00ab&#160;loin&#160;\u00bb d&rsquo;un niveau qui \u00ab&#160;aidera \u00e0 ramener l&rsquo;inflation \u00e0 2&#160;%&#160;\u00bb (la cible fix\u00e9e par la BCE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lagarde a appel\u00e9 en conf\u00e9rence de presse les gouvernements de la zone euro \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur endettement public, arguant que \u00ab&#160;les gouvernements devraient adopter des politiques budg\u00e9taires qui montrent qu&rsquo;ils sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9duire progressivement les taux d&rsquo;endettement publics \u00e9lev\u00e9s&#160;\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es Eurostat, la dette publique en zone euro s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 94,2&#160;% du PIB au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022, en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport au premier trimestre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/i8xPK\/2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains \u00c9tats membres s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent toutefois des cons\u00e9quences de ces hausses successives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emmanuel Macron a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas \u00ab&#160;briser la demande&#160;\u00bb pour contenir l&rsquo;inflation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giorgia Meloni, la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil italien, a soulign\u00e9 \u00ab&#160;le risque&#160;\u00bb d&rsquo;une hausse des taux, notamment \u00ab&#160;pour les \u00c9tats-membres qui ont une dette publique \u00e9lev\u00e9e&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-165367' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/27\/pour-lutter-contre-linflation-la-bce-releve-une-fois-de-plus-ses-taux-directeurs\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-165367' title='Alessandra Migliaccio et Craig Stirling, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-10-25\/meloni-slams-ecb-rate-hiking-in-widening-political-backlash&quot;&gt;Meloni Slams ECB Rate Hiking in Widening Political Backlash&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Bloomberg&lt;\/em&gt;, 25 octobre 2022.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec un endettement public \u00e0 hauteur de 150,2&#160;% de son PIB, l\u2019Italie est le deuxi\u00e8me pays le plus endett\u00e9 de la zone euro, derri\u00e8re la Gr\u00e8ce (182,1&#160;%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour la troisi\u00e8me fois cette ann\u00e9e, la Banque centrale europ\u00e9enne a annonc\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui que ses principaux taux directeurs augmenteraient de 75 points de base, pour atteindre 2&#160;&#160;%.
