L\u2019inflation d\u00e9passe 30&#160;% et plus de dix millions de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9es depuis le d\u00e9but du conflit. Plus d&rsquo;un million de travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s et plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises ont r\u00e9duit les salaires nominaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans sa derni\u00e8re estimation de d\u00e9but septembre, la Banque mondiale anticipait que le montant de la reconstruction s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 350 milliards d\u2019euros, soit plus d\u2019une fois et demie le PIB de l\u2019Ukraine en 2021.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon le rapport, \u00ab&#160;ce chiffre devrait augmenter dans les mois \u00e0 venir, \u00e0 mesure que la guerre se poursuit&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-164529' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/24\/la-reconstruction-de-lukraine-discutee-a-berlin\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-164529' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/news\/press-release\/2022\/09\/09\/ukraine-recovery-and-reconstruction-needs-estimated-349-billion&quot;&gt;Ukraine Recovery and Reconstruction Needs Estimated $349 Billion&lt;\/a&gt;, Banque mondiale, 9 septembre 2022.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce second sommet sera ouvert par le chancelier Scholz, au nom de la pr\u00e9sidence du G7, et la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission von der Leyen, avant un discours prononc\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident Zelensky. Aucun accord politique n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu pour cette organisation non-d\u00e9cisionnaire, cependant des recommandations sont attendues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/F5f5O\/1\/ \" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, la contre-offensive ukrainienne \u00e0 l\u2019est et dans le sud se poursuit, tandis que les \u00e9vacuations vers la rive gauche du Dniepr, command\u00e9es par les Russes et les autorit\u00e9s pro-russes de la r\u00e9gion, ont commenc\u00e9 mercredi et s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent, notamment pour ce qui est des civils de la ville de Kherson. En parall\u00e8le, les Russes continuent les bombardements du pays et, \u00e0 ce jour, plus d\u2019un million d\u2019Ukrainiens vivent sans \u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9cents du week-end, pour Michel Goya, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/19\/deux-cent-trente-huitieme-jour-etat-des-forces-et-perspectives\/\">la guerre conduite par la Russie contre l\u2019Ukraine nous permet de tirer plusieurs enseignements<\/a> sur la guerre moderne qui se poursuit sur le sol europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ainsi, \u00ab&#160;Russes et Ukrainiens ont eu l\u2019intelligence de s\u2019appuyer sur leurs stocks de vieux \u00e9quipements majeurs h\u00e9rit\u00e9s de l\u2019arm\u00e9e sovi\u00e9tique. R\u00e9trofit\u00e9s, ils ont permis de disposer de la masse mat\u00e9rielle.
