Ursula von der Leyen avait \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 un objectif de remplissage de 80&#160;% des r\u00e9serves de gaz de l\u2019Union.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">At EU level, we diversify sources, save energy and store it. S\u2019il existe des disparit\u00e9s entre les pays (les stocks de la Lettonie ne sont remplis qu\u2019\u00e0 55&#160;%, ceux du Portugal \u00e0 100&#160;%), les \u00c9tats membres disposent encore de plusieurs semaines pour atteindre voire exc\u00e9der cet objectif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/eXCLe\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toutefois, cela ne signifie pas que les pays europ\u00e9ens ne devront pas rationner leur consommation de gaz cet hiver, ou bien faire face \u00e0 des choix difficiles. En fait, l\u2019atteinte de cet objectif \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e correspond \u00e0 la moyenne observ\u00e9e sur les cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. En 2020, l\u2019objectif avait m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint au d\u00e9but du mois de juillet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/WzD4l\/7\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, des difficult\u00e9s se poseront pour les pays ne disposant pas de r\u00e9serves nationales de gaz \u2014 ou de tr\u00e8s faibles, comme la Su\u00e8de. S\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/06\/29\/la-solidarite-energetique-eprouvee-par-la-guerre-en-ukraine\/\">il existe des protocoles ainsi que des accords bilat\u00e9raux<\/a> entre plusieurs \u00c9tats-membres pour le partage de leurs ressources en gaz et en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, tous les pays ne sont pas couverts par ces derniers. Les lois europ\u00e9ennes exigent une entraide entre pays pour le partage de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans le cas d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie affectant les infrastructures jug\u00e9es critiques (comme les h\u00f4pitaux), mais elles ne couvrent pas les consommateurs, ni certains secteurs \u00e9conomiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le 9 septembre prochain, les ministres de l\u2019\u00c9nergie des \u00c9tats membres se r\u00e9uniront \u00e0 Prague pour un sommet exceptionnel. En raison du <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/26\/les-prix-de-lenergie-atteignent-des-niveaux-historiques-en-europe\/\">niveau historique des prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/a> atteint la semaine derni\u00e8re (toutefois en baisse depuis), <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/31\/les-options-sur-la-table-pour-une-revision-du-marche-europeen-de-lelectricite\/\">une r\u00e9forme en urgence du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/a> sera mise sur la table.
