Pourtant imm\u00e9diatement, il nous pr\u00e9sente une forme de gentillesse et d\u2019\u00e9coute spontan\u00e9e, quelque chose qui finit par le faire para\u00eetre comme le double du personnage, Ludovico Settembrini.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans votre livre Empire<\/em>, vous reprenez \u00e0 Deleuze et Guattari la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du processus de la mondialisation, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 constituer une \u00ab contre-mondialisation \u00bb. Pourtant il est ind\u00e9niable, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour Deleuze et Guattari, que le processus de d\u00e9territorialisation de la mondialisation s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une \u00ab reterritorialisation \u00bb qui, tout en changeant d\u2019\u00e9chelle, fait ressurgir un certain archa\u00efsme (l\u2019identit\u00e9 basque, irlandaise, la territorialit\u00e9 des cit\u00e9s, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame la question Daesh). Peut-on s\u00e9parer le processus r\u00e9volutionnaire des archa\u00efsmes ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Il faut comprendre ce qu\u2019est l\u2019\u00c9tat-nation, c\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en cette direction que se dirige mon travail actuel. Il faut reconna\u00eetre en effet qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019effervescence nationale est un fait, surtout quand elle s\u2019accompagne du populisme. C\u2019est une \u00e9vidence politique incontestable aujourd\u2019hui, la nation existe dans l\u2019opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous proposons une analyse g\u00e9opolitique de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Il s\u2019agit de voir comment la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la nation ne se situe pas du tout dans une continuit\u00e9 historique avec les nationalismes pass\u00e9s. Les repr\u00e9sentations g\u00e9ographiques du FN ne correspondent aucunement aux repr\u00e9sentations du nationalisme classique fran\u00e7ais : on ne va pas vouloir \u201ctuer le boche\u201d, ni prendre l\u2019Angleterre pour l\u2019ennemi. M\u00eame on peut remarquer dans ce nationalisme une forme d\u2019internationalisation : les tactiques sont partag\u00e9es.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dans toutes les formes de populisme on retrouve une envie de renouveler l\u2019ancien. Il faut comprendre ce qu\u2019il y a de path\u00e9tique dans cette tentative. C\u2019est le grotesque de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition b\u00e2cl\u00e9e. En Italie en particulier, le lepenisme est interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui par des gens qui jusqu\u2019\u00e0 hier \u00e9taient r\u00e9gionalistes ou qui jouaient le sud contre le nord. Cela doit donner la mesure de la solidit\u00e9 de cette position, sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 changer de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent ou \u00e0 ne pas en avoir v\u00e9ritablement doit \u00eatre comprise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
