Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, les chiffres am\u00e9ricains des exportations et des importations en direction et en provenance de Ta\u00efwan ont progressivement augment\u00e9, atteignant leur plus haut niveau au mois de mars. En 2021, les \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e9taient le deuxi\u00e8me partenaire commercial de Ta\u00efwan, cependant bien loin derri\u00e8re la Chine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/G7MUi\/3\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les domaines concern\u00e9s par ce \u00ab&#160;mandat de n\u00e9gociation&#160;\u00bb publi\u00e9 hier, dont le premier cycle de discussions devrait avoir lieu au d\u00e9but de l\u2019automne, sont principalement l\u2019agriculture et le num\u00e9rique. Le mandat pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement, entre autres, un approfondissement de la coop\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre la corruption, de r\u00e9glementation et de respect de l\u2019environnement dans les pratiques commerciales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c0 ce stade, il n\u2019est pas question d\u2019un accord de libre-\u00e9change, que Ta\u00efwan d\u00e9sire depuis maintenant un certain temps comme l\u2019a rappel\u00e9 en juin John C. C. Deng, le ministre ta\u00efwanais en charge des n\u00e9gociations commerciales&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-154620' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/18\/les-etats-unis-continuent-de-se-rapprocher-de-taiwan-en-depit-des-tensions-avec-la-chine\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-154620' title='Jeanny Kao et Ben Blanchard, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/asia-pacific\/taiwan-appeals-us-not-forget-its-desire-free-trade-deal-2022-06-07\/&quot;&gt;Taiwan appeals to U.S. not to forget its desire for free trade deal&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Reuters&lt;\/em&gt;, 7 juin.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Les deux parties ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 convenu que ces accords ne devraient pas comprendre d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles r\u00e9ductions des tarifs douaniers, une question sensible pour les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/5PICl\/3\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le mandat comporte \u00e9galement une section principalement dirig\u00e9e vers la Chine concernant ses pratiques \u00ab&#160;non-commerciales, qui menacent les moyens de subsistance et qui peuvent nuire aux travailleurs et aux entreprises&#160;\u00bb.
